Abstract: 회전되는 날개차의 끝부분의 와류생성을 억제하여 소음을 저감시키는 축류형 환기팬이 제공된다. 상기 환기팬은 배면과 전면에는 공기흡입구와 공기방출구가 형성되며, 상기 공기흡입구 쪽에 형성된 브래킷에서 결합되는 모터의 회전축에 날개차부가 결합되며, 상기 공기흡입구 영역과 공기방출구를 구획하는 벨마우스가 형성된 케이스를 구비한 환기팬에 있어서, 상기 날개차부는, 모터의 회전축에 고정 결합되는 허브와, 상기 허브의 외부면에 경사지게 이격 형성된 3개의 날개를 구비하며, 상기 날개 각각은 상기 허브의 내주부로부터 외주부 방향으로 점차적으로 넓어지게 형성되고, 상기 외주부의 끝머리 부분은 상기 날개 전체 길이의 10±3%에 해당하는 길이만큼 공기흡입방향으로 절곡되어 와류방지부를 형성하며, 상기 와류방지부는 상기 날개의 정압면의 끝머리로부터 부압면으로 발생되는 익단와류의 생성을 억제한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A pig sorting device for piggery feeder is provided to determine the status of pigs which pass through the feeder and to promote laborsaving. CONSTITUTION: A pig sorting device for piggery feeder comprises a feeding chamber(10), a waiting passage(20) equipped with a middle door, a sorting tool(30) which opens one of moving paths by using an inducing door, and a controller(50) which induces pigs to be rapidly discharged in a selected direction. The waiting passage includes an infrared sensor which senses incoming and outgoing of the pigs and a camera which records the pigs. The sorting tool comprises an actuator and a pin need which stimulates the pigs.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A chasing tool for piggery feeder is provided to create automatic and quantitative feeding environment. CONSTITUTION: A chasing tool for piggery feeder comprises a frame, a door opening and shutting tool(30), a chasing tool(40) and a controller(50). The frame passes through one pig, in which RFID tag is attached, at a time and is formed to have a size which can chase to a feeder. The door opening and shutting tool receives the RFID tag at the entrance of the frame, and opens the door for pigs which need to be fed. The chasing tool transfers the pigs which are fed to the next stage. The controller runs the door opening and shutting tool and the chasing tool while records the weight and fed amount of each pig.
