Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to determine the time for moving a water supply line and automatically move the water supply line to maintain the straw litter formed in a cattle shed to be in good condition, thereby supplying a sanitary environment to the cattle shed at all times. For achieving the purpose, an apparatus for moving a water supply line and controlling the movement of the water supply line in a cattle shed according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: humidity sensors installed on the water supply line at regular intervals and measuring the moisture content of the straw litter formed on the bottom in the cattle shed to generate a moisture content measurement signal; a controller for receiving the humidity signal to determine the time for moving the water supply line and generate a movement signal; and a lift including a lift bar having one end connected with the water supply line to move the water supply line, a vertical movement unit for moving the lift bar above and below in response to the movement signal, and a horizontal movement unit for moving the lift bar to the left and right in response to the movement signal.
