PURPOSE: A manless spore collection device for aerial infectious pathogenic microorganism is provided to prevent aerial infections by collecting pathogen air spore in a real-time basis and obtain an accurate monitoring data. CONSTITUTION: A manless spore collection device for aerial infectious pathogenic microorganism comprises a base(110), a container cover sliding shuttle(130), and a lifting shuttle(120). The container cover sliding shuttle is mounted on a case(101). If a cover of a culture media which is descended into the case is hung and put on, the container cover sliding shuttle can slide the cover in the right or left side. The base elevation shuttle is mounted on the case. The base elevation shuttle can vertically elevate the base by penetrating through the container cover sliding shuttle. Abstract:
본 발명은 수박모자이크바이러스2와 종 특이적으로 반응하는 핵산단편에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 서열번호 1,2,7로 표시되는 염기서열, 그의 상보적인 염기서열 또는 이들 염기서열에 의거한 변이가 실시된 변형서열의 어느 하나의 핵산단편 또는 이들 핵산 단편의 특정 조합으로 구성되는 프라이머를 개시한다. 본 발명에 의하면 항혈청을 이용한 진단방법보다 1,000배 이상 검출한계가 높으며, 지금까지 알려진 수박모자이크바이러스2의 모든 계통에 대한 검출이 가능하다. 또한 다른 관련 바이러스와의 비특이적 반응이 없어 훨씬 정밀하게 수박모자이크바이러스2의 감염여부를 진단할 수 있다.

The present invention relates to an automatic opening and closing device for collecting pathogenic microorganism spores which includes a hollow case with an opening, a control unit located on the case, and a spore collecting drive module located inside the case. The spore collecting drive module includes: a collecting container opening and closing unit; a collecting container mounting unit for mounting a collecting container opened and closed by the collecting container opening and closing unit; and a collecting container transfer unit moving the collecting container mounting unit forwards and backwards. The present invention uses a structure which automatically opens, closes, and transfers the container for storing spores for collecting pathogenic microorganism air spores and air air-born fungi in real time and securing the accurate prediction materials.

A gene encoding pest resistant defensin derivered from brassica rapa is provided to produce a transgenic plant body having resistance to biological stress including mold, virus, bacteria, globodera rostochiensis and pest and abiotic stress including drying, injury from salt, and heavy metal. A recombinant vector pMJC-GB-BrD1 is prepared by inserting a pest resistant defensin gene BrD1 derivered from brassica rapa, into pSB1. A transgenic body is obtained by introducing the recombinant vector pMJC-GB-BrD1 to Agrobacterium tumefaciens. A transgenic plant body is obtained by introducing the transgenic body to plants.
