Abstract: PURPOSE: A recirculating type conditioning machine suitable for a small-scale flour mill is provided which improves quality of wheat by reducing an ash content and increasing chromaticity and yield of flour milling, and maximizes reliability in use for users by improving efficiency for the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The wheat conditioning machine(20) comprises a raw material hopper(1) which is installed at one side of the lower part of the wheat conditioning machine(20) so as to inject a raw material wheat; an elevator(2) which is formed at the side end of the wheat conditioning machine(20) so as to transfer the wheat injected into the raw material hopper(1) to the upper part; a driving motor(3) which is formed at the upper part of the wheat conditioning machine(20) so as to operate the elevator(2); a water adding device(6) which is formed at the upper part of the wheat conditioning machine(20) so as to add particles of water to a certain amount of wheat; a solenoid valve(11) which is formed at one side of a hose(15) connected to the water adding device(6); a device which is formed at the other side of the hose(15) so as to supply water in a water tank(8) through a purification filter(9) by operation of a high pressure pump(10); a conditioning bin(7) which is formed at the lower part of the water adding device(6) so that the water added wheat is piled up in the conditioning bin(7), thus being dehumidified; and a moisture content measuring device(12) which is formed at the lower part of the elevator(2) so as to measure a moisture content of the wheat by transferring the wheat reached to the lower part of the conditioning bin(7) with a lower transfer screw(13) and the elevator(2), wherein a controller(14) formed at a certain part of the wheat conditioning machine(20) and the solenoid valve(11) are operated to stop the wheat conditioning machine(20) when the moisture content measured through the moisture content measuring device(12) comes to a proper conditioning moisture content while water addition and dehumidification processes are repeated until it is reached when a proper conditioning moisture content is not reached.
