본 발명은 동물용 산소 마스크에 관한 것으로서, 동물의 호흡기 부위를 둘러쌀 수 있는 마스크 본체, 산소 공급원으로부터 산소를 공급받을 수 있도록 마스크 본체의 일단에 마련된 공급 포트, 및 동물의 안면에 마스크 본체를 밀착 고정하기 위해, 본체의 타단에 마련된 고정 부재를 구비하며, 신축 가능한 탄력성 물질로 제조된 고정 부재를 그 탄력성을 이용하여 동물의 안면에 밀착시킴으로써 마스크 본체를 동물의 안면에 용이하게 고정할 수 있다.

Disclosed is an integrated precise nutritional status management system capable of performing precise nutrition management according to populations by observing quantitative feed management of mixed feed, hygienic water supply and intake management, and free coarse feed intake activity in an integrated manner according to populations during the entire life of cattle. The integrated precise nutritional status management system according to an aspect of the present invention comprises: at least one mixed feed supply device for recognizing unique numbers of cattle entering a feed frame, supplying mixed feed to corresponding cattle, and transmitting the amounts of mixed feed intake and the unique numbers of the corresponding cattle after completion of the intake of the mixed feed by cattle; at least one water intake investigation device for real-time measuring the quantity of water contained in a water supply bath supported by a frame, recognizing unique numbers of cattle approaching the water supply bath, and transmitting the amounts of water intake and the unique numbers of the corresponding cattle; at least one coarse feed intake investigation device for real-time measuring the quantity of coarse feed contained in a feed bath supported by a frame, recognizing unique numbers of cattle approaching the feed bath, and transmitting the amounts of coarse feed intake and the unique numbers of the corresponding cattle; and an integrated management device for displaying current intake states of the cattle according to populations based on the unique numbers, the amounts of mixed feed intake, the amounts of water intake, and the amounts of coarse feed intake, which are transmitted from the mixed feed supply device, the water intake investigation device, and the coarse feed intake investigation device.

PURPOSE: A disposal method for livestocks using potassium hydroxide is provided to convert dead bodies of infected livestocks into a liquid phase while sterilizing the dead bodies using potassium hydroxide and to shorten a time required to treat the dead bodies based on heat, pressure, and steam within an hour. CONSTITUTION: A disposal method for livestocks using potassium hydroxide comprises the steps of: putting the dead bodies of livestocks into a container (1) and sealing the container after adding potassium hydroxide solution or powder into the container; stirring the container while applying pressure and steam to the container. The livestocks are pigs, cattle, or poultry. In the potassium hydroxide solution or powder adding step, 18-22% of 40-50% potassium hydroxide solution or 16-20% of 85-95% potassium hydroxide powder is added into the container based on the weight of the livestocks. The stirring step is performed at the temperature of 130-170°C and under 2.8-3.2atm for 50-70 minutes. Byproducts from the treated dead bodies are used as compost. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and treating livestock diarrhea contains extract of Calendula arvensis, Astragalus membranaceus, Glycyrrhiza glabra, Cinnamomum zeylanicum, Ocimum Sanctum, Chinese star anise, Phyllanthu s urinaria L., and Chaenomeles sinensis as an active ingredient. The livestock is a calf. An oral formulation for preventing and treating livestock contains the composition.

PURPOSE: A door opening and closing apparatus for an animal carcass handling machine is provided to reduce the processing time of animal carcass, since an animal carcass processing drum is directly heated by a heating unit. CONSTITUTION: A door opening and closing apparatus for an animal carcass handling machine comprises multiple locking protrusions(31), an intermitting rotary flange(4), and a rotation control unit. The locking protrusions are projected along the outer circumference of a door(3) to the outside. The intermitting rotary flange is installed in the inlet of the animal carcass processing drum to be rotatable. The intermitting rotary flange has an intermitting rib(41) and a gear(42). The intermitting rib guides the locking protrusion. The intermitting rib restricts the locking protrusion simultaneously with the rotation of the flange. The intermitting rib is formed on the inner surface of the intermitting rotary flange, and the gear is formed on the outer surface of the intermitting rotary flange. The rotation control unit rotates the intermitting rotary flange to open and close the door.

A hoof cleaning agent is provided to prevent the productivity decrease such as a low milk yield and a low breeding coefficient in advance through prophylaxis of the cow's hoof disorders by sterilizing affected animal hooves under cleaned conditions of the contaminated area, avoid extreme situations such as culling, and contribute to the promotion of cow's welfare. A hoof cleaning agent for preventing cow's hoof disorders comprises a wash liquid prepared by mixing a solid mixture of tartaric acid, citric acid, zinc sulfate, sodium molybdate and potassium nitrate with water, in order to remove foreign materials from cow's hooves, and a sodium hypochlorite for sterilizing harmful bacteria of the cow's hooves. A method of preparing the hoof cleaning agent comprises the steps of: (a) mixing solids of 15-25 wt.% of tartaric acid, 15-25 wt.% of citric acid, 15-25 wt.% of zinc sulfate, 15-25 wt.% of sodium molybdate and 15-25 wt.% of potassium nitrate; (b) mixing and liquefying 50 wt.% of the mixture and 50 wt.% of water to prepare a washing liquid; (c) preparing an original solution of sodium hypochlorite; and (d) mixing 50 wt.% of the washing liquid and 50 wt.% of the original solution of sodium hypochlorite.

A method of manufacturing silver nanoparticles for ruminant livestock is provided to obtain encapsulated silver nanoparticles which are absorbed by the lower digestive system of the ruminant livestock without decomposition in the rumen and improve the freshness of milk when fed to livestock. Colloidal silver nanoparticles are immobilized to a carrier. The immobilized silver nanoparticles and specific nutrients are mixed with a binding/coating agent, extruded and encapsulated in a first step. The encapsulated silver nanoparticles and specific nutrients are encapsulated with one or two or more components selected from the group consisting of extremely hydrogenated fat and fatty acid with a melting point of more than 40deg.C in a second step. The colloidal silver nanoparticles contain silver nanoparticles of sizes of 1 to 15nm and one or more polymeric stabilizers selected from the group consisting of polyvinylpyrrolidone, (1-vinylpyrrolidone)-acrylic acid copolymer, polyoxyethylene stearate and (1-vinylpyrrolidone)-acrylic acid copolymer. The carrier is husk powder, corn flour, silica, cellulose, starch, zeolite and calcium carbonate. 본 발명은, 송아지의 이유시 스트레스 최소화를 위한 정밀감량 포유방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은, 갓 태어난 송아지에 대한 포유방법에 있어서, 초기 3~4주간에 걸쳐 상기 송아지의 개체별 체중에 따라 체중의 15~25%까지 다량급여한 후, 이유 전 3~7일간 체중의 8~15%로 감량하되 그 감량분은 물로써 보충하여 단계적 포유량을 감량하고, 3~5주간부터 6~8주간까지 체중의 8~15%로 개체별 체중에 따라 우유급여량을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 장착용 포유기를 이용하여 이유 전 초기 25~35일간 다량급여(체중의 15~25%)후, 후기 10~20일간 감량포유(체중의 8~15%)하는 신개념의 정밀한 포유방법에 의한 고형사료 최대섭취유도와 이유스트레스 최소화를 유도하는 정밀감량 포유방법을 제공함으로써, 기존의 체중의 10%로 포유하는 포유방법과 완전 자유 포유방법 간에 180일령 혹은 200일령의 체중변화에는 차이가 없다는 보고와는 다른 결과를 나타내었으며, 본 스텝다운(Step-Down) 포유방법으로 관행방법에 비해 이유일인 50일령까지의 고형사료 섭취량이 건물량으로 31%이상이 향상되었고, 120일령까지의 총 건물섭취량이 16%이상 향상된 것으로 나타내어 이유 전 고형사료 섭취능력향상효과가 크게 나타내었으며, 체중증가에 있어서는 이유일인 50일령까지의 관행포유구에 비해 75%이상 향상되었고, 120일령까지의 총 증체도 54% 이상 향상된 효과가 있었다. 송아지의 이유시 스트레스 최소화, 송아지의 이유시 스트레스 최소화를 위한 정밀감량 포유방법.
