    Abstract: The present invention relates to a release liner for transparent adhesive carrier and a manufacturing method thereof, and said release liner is a polyester film which is stacked with three layers and is manufactured by a successive biaxial stretching method. The present invention comprises: a polyester resin layer with a middle layer without particles; and a three layered structure, which has top and bottom layers composed of a polyester resin containing an amorphous silicon compound with an average diameter of 0.04-3.2μm, on both surfaces of the middle layer. One surface or both surfaces of the polyester film which is stacked with three layers are treated by Corona discharge treatment, and SRa of the two-dimensional center line of the top and bottom layers is 0.020-0.040μm, and SRz of the two-dimensional center line is 0.025-0.050μm. The release liner for optical transparent adhesive carrier is manufactured by a successive biaxial stretching method has excellent a surface property, optical property, and adhesive property of release coating agent. In addition, due to excellent dimensional stability, a sufficient function is provided as a transparent adhesive release polyester film wherein heat crease generation is controlled, and mass production with a uniform property is possible due to the stacked structure and biaxial stretching method.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A biaxially stretched polyester film is provided to have excellent adhesion to a substrate without damaging transparency and transmittance of the polyester film and to have excellent adhesion for a post process. CONSTITUTION: A biaxially stretched polyester film comprises a biaxially elongated polyester substrate film; an adhesive primer layer on one side of the polyester substrate film; a binder resin on the opposite side of the polyester substrate resin; a surfactant; an organic binder; and a hardener. The laminated structure is formed by elongating the laminated structure. The polyester substrate film is spread with an adhesive layer which includes two or more resins on one or both sides thereof. An aqueous or water-dispersible resin used for the adhesive layer is selected from an aqueous polyurethane resin, aqueous polyester resin, and aqueous acryl resin.
