Abstract:
PURPOSE: An anti static polyester adhesive film with excellent water resistance is provided to avoid the coloring by antistatic agents and the deterioration of water resistance after forming the primer layer. CONSTITUTION: An anti static polyester adhesive film with excellent water resistance comprises: a biaxially oriented polyester film with the thickness of 50-300 micron as a base film; and a primer layer as a polymer adhesive layer formed at one side of the base film. The surface of the base film has static electrification of 10^10 or less and the static electrification of 10^11 or less after the a 10-minute water-resistance test in 90 °C water.

PURPOSE: A biaxial-oriented polyester adhesive film for optical use is provided to ensure a dual adhesive property of a primer layer used for the biaxial polyester film and an excellent property including dual adhesive property required in an evaluation process of tolerance to moisture. CONSTITUTION: A biaxial-oriented polyester adhesive film for optical use comprises: a base film which is a biaxial polyester film with 50~300μm thickness; and a primer layer is formed on one side of the base film by a polymer dual adhesive layer. A polymer primer layer is coated with coating solution including heat reactive type water-soluble urethane resin, tin-based catalyst, silica particles or alumina-silica complex oxide particles with 50~300nm average particle diameter; anionic surfactant, pH adjusting agent and water with alkali component.
Abstract:
A biaxially oriented polyester films for the optics is provided to ensure excellent adhesive property to a base after coating a primer layer of the biaxially oriented polyester film and have excellent adhesive force and optical characteristic in a post-manufacturing process. A biaxially oriented polyester films for the optics forms a primer layer as a polymer adhesive bilayer coated on at least one side of a biaxially oriented polyester film base with the thickness of 50~300micrometer. The coating solution forming the polymer primer layer comprises a copolymerized polyester-based resin, polyacryl-based resin and polyurethane-based resin containing a branched monomer as a compositional component, and silica particles or alumina-silica complex oxide particles with an average particle diameter of 50~300nm. The weight ratio of a copolymerized polyester-based resin, polyacryl-based resin and polyurethane-based resin is 1.0:1.0:1.0 ~ 5.0:5.0:5.0. The content of silica particle or alumina-silica complex oxide particle is 0.01~60 weight% of whole coating solution.

본 발명은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 PET 폐기물에 존재하는 오염물질인 휘발성 물질 또는 올리고머를 효율적으로 제거함으로써, PET의 중합도를 향상시킬 수 있고, 이로 인해 높은 기계적 물성, 치수안정성 및 화학적 안정성이 좋은 PET으로 재활용할 수 있는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트 폐기물의 재활용 방법은 PET 폐기물을 기계적으로 갈아서 칩 형태로 만드는 제1공정과 상기 칩 형태의 PET에서 불순물을 물리적으로 제거하는 제2공정과 상기 칩 형태의 PET을 세척하는 제3공정과 상기 세척된 칩 형태의 PET을 디-시스테인(D-cysteine)이 포함된 용액과 교반하여 반응시키는 제4공정과 상기 반응이 완료된 칩 형태의 PET을 건조하는 제5공정과 상기 건조된 칩 형태의 PET을 용융시켜 재활용 PET를 제조하는 제6공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
