본발명은발광다이오드패키지및 이의제조방법에관한것이다. 본발명의발광다이오드패키지는, 기판; 상기기판상부에실장되는 LED 칩;상기 LED 칩의외표면을포함한상기기판의상부에도포되는몰딩재; 및상기기판의하부에도포되는봉지재;를포함하며, 발광효율이향상되고, 패키지불량을감소시킬수 있으며, 제작공정이용이하여제작단가를절감할수 있는작용효과가발휘될수 있다.

PURPOSE: A light emitting device package using a quantum dot, a lighting apparatus, and a display apparatus are provided to easily control a color coordinate by controlling the particle size and concentration of a quantum dot. CONSTITUTION: A pair of lead frames(102a,102b) is electrically connected to a light emitting device(101) through a conductive wire(W). A package body(103) fixes a pair of lead frames. A sealing member(104) is arranged on the top of the light emitting device. A transparent sealing member(106) protects the light emitting device and the conductive wire. A wavelength converter(105) includes a quantum dot.

PURPOSE: A light emitting package is provided to improve heat resistance, UV resistance, and chemical stability by inject-molding fluorine resin. CONSTITUTION: A package body(110) provides a chip mount area and is made of fluorine resin including high reflective powder. A first lead frame(150) and a second lead frame(160) are mounted on the package body. A light emitting device chip(130) is electrically connected to the first and second lead frames. A light emitting device chip is mounted on the chip mount area.

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve light emission efficiency by coating fluorescent material directly on the surface of the light emitting diode device. CONSTITUTION: An LED chip(120) is mounted on the upper part of a substrate(110). A molding material(130) is spread on the top of the substrate including the external surface of the LED chip. An encapsulating material(140) is spread on the lower part of substrate. A through hole is formed on the central part of the substrate. The LED chip is settled on the upper part of the penetration hole. The substrate is composed of the light transmitting quality.

The manufacturing method of the piezo actuator is provided to use the ink-jet printer method or the roll printing method instead of the conventional screen printing method and to decrease the manufacturing cost of the piezo actuator. The substrate(310) is prepared. The pressure chamber(320) is formed in the inside substrate. The bottom electrode(332) is formed on the front of substrate. The piezo-electric materials of the ink type is discharged onto the bottom electrode corresponded to the pressure chamber by using the ink-jet printer method. The piezoelectric-film pattern(342) is formed. The upper electrode is formed in the piezoelectric-film pattern image.

A plurality of spray nozzles are formed in a line in a spray head(100). The spray head sprays organic solution. A conveyance unit locates the spray head in an arrangement direction of the spray nozzles. The spray head sprays the organic solution of the same color. The spray head sprays the organic solution of a plurality of colors.

An ink jet head is provided to improve ink injection accuracy and quality of a color filter by preventing a nozzle from being stained with residual ink. An ink jet head(400) includes a plurality of nozzles(410) and wetting prevention grooves(50). The wetting prevention groove is formed on the periphery of the nozzle in the radial direction. 본 발명은 블랙매트릭스 및 칼라필터의 전면연마를 통해 한 화소영역 내부의 칼라필터 단차와 각 화소영역 간의 칼라필터 및 블랙매트릭스의 두께 불균일을 최소화하는 칼라필터기판 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 기판 상에 화소영역을 구분하도록 형성된 블랙매트릭스와 상기 화소영역에 형성된 칼라필터들을 포함하며, 상기 블랙매트릭스 및 상기 칼라필터들의 전면연마로 인해 상기 블랙매트릭스 및 상기 칼라필터들 각각의 표면은 평탄하고 상기 블랙매트릭스 및 상기 칼라필터들 각각의 두께는 유사한 것을 특징으로 하는 칼라필터기판 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 블랙매트릭스, 칼라필터, 연마, 평탄화, 잉크젯
