    Abstract: PURPOSE: A cooling and heating apparatus using a peltier element is provided to improve assembling and durability by manufacturing the peltier element, a radiating member and a heated block integrally as a unit. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating apparatus comprises a peltier element, a radiating member(21) attached to one surface of the peltier element, a heated block(22) attached to the other surface of the peltier element and an endothermic member attached to the heated block. A hanging protrusion(25a) is extended to a tip of the cover to be hung to the protrusion. A flange portion(25b) is extended to a rear end of the cover combined to the inner surface of the radiating member. A pair of ribs(25c) is formed to each surface of the flange portion. Therein, the cover is combined to the radiating member with a bolt between ribs. Therefore, assembling is improved and performance of the peltier element is maintained by preventing corrosion of the peltier element.
