    Abstract: The mode conversion plate cam is moved by the driving gear which is activated by a loading motor and each mode is converted by the plate cam. By operating an idler plate conversion lever the idler conversion plate activates an idler gear, strong brake action and weak brake action. The reel disk locker locks and unlocks the supply reel disk. As every mode is converted by the mode conversion plate cam the desired operations are achieved by the reduction of the number of motors without solenoids.
