Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide a radio frequency interference analyzer which can perform a function test of the frequency interference at a small cost and time, and a control method thereof. The radio frequency interference analyzer and a control method thereof according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a shield box of which the external part is made of a conductor material which prevents electromagnetic waves from getting in, which has an electromagnetic wave absorber inside and which accommodates a communication device inside; a cable which is directly connected to an antenna of the communication device in the shield box and which transmits a noise signal to the outside of the shield box, wherein the noise signal emitted from components of the communication device and is received by the antenna of the communication device; a spectrum analysis unit which analyzes the noise signals received through the cable within the frequency domain, and calculates the strength of the signal; and a control unit which calculates at least one among the degradation degree of the radio frequency and the noise elements within the communication device based on the strength of the noise signal. According to the present invention, the noise within the products received through the antenna of the communication device can be promptly measured and analyzed, and the degradation problem of the frequency interference can also be effectively solved.
