Abstract: A method for automatically updating a program of a BD(Bluetooth Device) is provided to allow a Bluetooth communication terminal to search a home page of a BD automatically by determining a corresponding server through a company ID included in the BD. When a request for updating a program installed in a BD is received from a user, the BD is connected and a BD address is received from the BD(430,432,434). A server corresponding to a company ID included in the received BD address is connected and the received BD address is transmitted(436,438). Program update data for updating the program installed in the BD corresponding to the BD address is downloaded from the server and transmitted to the BD to be updated(440,442,444).
