CONSTITUTION: According to an apparatus for performing a close process among an optical fiber preform manufacture method, a bleed valve(106) exhausts a gas in a deposition tube(102) during the above close process, and a sound pressure providing part(300) providing a sound pressure of a preestablished level into the deposition tube through the above bleed valve. The sound pressure providing part includes a sound pressure generator(310) generating the sound pressure in the deposition tube through the bleed valve by a venturi tube theory according as the gas is flowed in and an MFC(Mass Flow Controller)(320) controlling a gas flux flowed into the sound pressure generator.
