전기 흡착 탈이온 장치에서 한 쌍의 전극들 사이에 배치되어 유체의 흐름을 위한 공간을 제공할 수 있는 스페이서 구조물로서, 상기 구조물은 카르복실기 또는 설폰산기를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 주쇄와 카르복실기 및 양이온 교환기를 포함하는 이온전도성 모노머의 혼합물이, 상기 카르복실기 또는 설폰산기와 결합하여 상기 폴리우레탄 주쇄와 가교결합을 형성하는 작용기를 포함하는 제2의 폴리머와 공중합하여 제조되는 공중합체를 포함하는 것인 스페이서 구조물, 및 상기 스페이서 구조물을 포함하는 전기 흡착 탈이온 장치가 제공된다.

PURPOSE: An organic aerogel is provided to ensure high strength and structurally high flexibility since a plurality of mesopores have a fine structure forming clusters] of a branch form. CONSTITUTION: An organic aerogel includes a polymer of a monomer with at least two substituted or unsubstituted acrylamide group. The monomer includes substituted or unsubstituted bisacrylamide compound, substituted or unsubstituted trisacrylamide compound or combination thereof. The organic aerogel has a plurality of mesopores. The mesopore has the size of 2-50 nm.

PURPOSE: A composition for producing a rigid polyurethane foam, and the rigid polyurethane foam is provided to prevent the loss of raw materials during an urethane curing reaction by using ionic liquid as a nucleating agent. CONSTITUTION: A composition for producing a rigid polyurethane foam contains polyol, water, a catalyst, a foaming agent, and ionic liquid. The ionic liquid contains a halogen group on either a positive ion or a negative ion, and an imidazolium or pyridinium based positive ion. The ionic liquid is marked with chemical formula 1: A+X-. In the chemical formula 1, the positive ion A+ is a monovalent positive ion including N or P. The negative ion X- is a monovalent negative ion containing a halogen atom, S, N, P, C, or O.

A method for preparing a silica xerogel composite, a silica xerogel composite prepared by the method, and a monolithic molded product prepared by using the composite are provided to improve surface area without the deterioration of void and to enhance the stability of process by drying the product at a room temperature. A method for preparing a silica xerogel composite comprises the steps of preparing a wet gel by the hydrolysis polycondensation polymerization of a reaction solution containing a silica source material; reacting the wet gel with a polymerizable monomer to form an organic coating layer on the surface of the wet gel; and drying the wet gel to prepare a silica xerogel composite, wherein the reaction solution contains a siloxane-based polymer.

PURPOSE: A polymer matrix, a polymer solid electrolyte containing the matrix, and a lithium secondary battery employing the electrolyte are provided, to improve the ion conductivity at a room temperature, the affinity of a polymer matrix to an electrolyte solution and the binding force to an electrode for reducing the interface resistance between an electrode and an electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: The polymer matrix comprises a trimethylolpropane derivative represented by (H2C=CR1-CO2CH2)3CC2H5; a hydrophilic polymer; and a binding polymer, wherein R1 is H or CH3. Preferably the binding polymer is selected from the group consisting of polyethylene oxide, poly(vinyl chloride), poly(vinyl acetate) and poly(vinyl fluoride); and the hydrophilic polymer is represented by -(CH2-CR2H)n-, wherein R2 is 2-pyrrolidinonyl, OCOCH3, OCOCH=CH2, C6H5, CN or SO2CH=CH2; and n is 10-2,000. The polymer solid electrolyte comprises the polymer matrix; and an electrolyte solution contained in the polymer matrix.

PURPOSE: Provided are a polymer used for polymer matrix of solid polyelectrolyte in Li secondary battery, which has a flexible structure allowing Li ion to smoothly transfer, a method for producing the same, and a solid polyelectrolyte comprising the same. CONSTITUTION: The net polymer is a poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP) crosslinked by poly(ethylene oxide)dimethacrylate(PEODM) which is a crosslinking agent. A weight ratio of the poly(vinylidene fluoride-hexafluoropropylene) copolymer and the crosslinking agent is 10:1-2:1. The PVDF-HFP copolymer has a weight average molecular weight of 60,000-80,000.

본 발명은 콤포지트 전극용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 이 조성물은 전극 활물질, 도전제, 결합제 및 전해액을 포함하고 있는데, 상기 결합제가 화학식 1로 표시되는 트리메틸올프로판 유도체와, 친수성 폴리머를 포함하는 물질인 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기식중, R 1 은 수소 또는 메틸기이다. 본 발명의 콤포지트 전극용 조성물로부터 전극을 형성하면, 결합제가 종래보다 넓은 범위의 전위창을 가지고 있어서 충방전 전압범위내에서 분해 또는 변화되지 않기 때문에 이로 인한 전극의 수명 단축을 방지할 수 있다. 그리고 전극내에 다량의 유기전해액을 함습함으로써 이온전도도가 매우 우수하다. 이와 같이 이온의 이동이 원활해지면 균일한 전극 반응이 가능하게 됨으로써 전극의 수명 및 용량이 개선된다.
