    Abstract: PURPOSE: A roll printing device is provided to enhance productivity and printing process efficiency by reducing processing time by processing a reverse offset process and a printing plate cleaning process together. CONSTITUTION: A roll printing device(1) comprises a base plate(10), a blanket roll(20), a blanket roll support(21), a printing plate table(30), a substrate table(40), and a cleaning device(100). An ink material is coated on the blanket roll and the coated ink material is projected to a printing plate(C) and a substrate. The blanket roll support is arranged in the upper part of the base plate and supports the blanket roll. The printing plate table is arranged on the base plate and fixes the substrate. A cleaning nozzle spraying cleaning solution and a DIW(Deionized Water) nozzle spraying DIW are integrated to form the cleaning device.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for controlling a reverse link in a mobile communication system are provided to control a data transmission rate of the reverse link efficiently and reach full utilization of the reverse link within a speedy time. CONSTITUTION: RRIs(Reverse Rate Limit) transmitted through the air from mobile stations is received at a base station through a wireless reception unit(301). The wireless reception unit(301) changes the received signal into a baseband signal and then outputs the changed signal to a control signal detecting unit(303) and a reverse link volume measuring unit(306). The control signal detecting unit(303) detects a control signal among the changed signal and then outputs the detected signal to a calculating unit(309). The reverse link volume measuring unit(306) detects the volume of a reverse link, i.e, system load.
