Abstract: PURPOSE: A mobile terminal having a tuning part to change radiation patterns is provided to lower the SAR(Specific Absorption Rate) value of a mobile terminal and improve antenna operation characteristics by configuring a tuning part that changes antenna radiation patterns by varying the current distribution conditions of a ground provided to a folder. CONSTITUTION: A mobile terminal comprises a main body(10) and a folder. The main body(10) and the folder, in which PCBs(13) are embedded respectively, have grounds(400) installed at their respective PCBs(13). A hinge device for connecting the main body with the folder is installed at one end of the main body(10). An antenna(40) is installed at the top of the main body(10). The mobile terminal comprises a tuning part(100). The tuning part(100), neighboring with the antenna(40), varies the current distributions of the main body-side ground(400) and changes the radiation pattern of the antenna(40). At one end(101) of the tuning part(100), a connection unit(300) is installed so as to be connected with an earthing part(13a). The other end(102) of the tuning part(100), far from the earthing part(13a), is near to the antenna(40).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro mirror scanner and a production method thereof are provided to reduce a linear resistance by a driving coil and to drive at low current and large amplitude with a resonance. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(1000) is divided to central/peripheral/connecting areas. A groove(101) is formed in the central area. An electrode layer(100) and a first mask layer(1002) are formed in the substrate. A driving coil(600) is formed on an electrode inside the groove. After removing the first mask layer, two terminal areas and a second mask layer are formed. A terminal layer and a first wiring layer are formed by etching an uncovered part of the second mask layer. The second mask layer is removed and an insulating layer is formed. A mirror layer is formed in the central area.
