Abstract: 셀 어드레이 영역과 주변회로 영역과의 단차를 적정하게 유지하면서 셀 커패시턴스를 증대시킬 수 있는 원통형 구조의 하부전극을 가지는 커패시터 제조방법이 개시되었다. 본 발명은 반도체 기판의 소정 영역을 노출시키는 평탄화층 패턴 및 제1 식각 저지층 패턴이 형성된 기판 전면에 도전막을 형성하고 상기 콘택홀의 상부에 형성된 도전막의 상의 소정 영역에 제2 식각 저지층 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 제2 식각 저지층을 식각 마스크로하여 도전막 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 도전막 패턴을 노출시키는 절연막 패턴을 형성하는 단계, 상기 절연막 패턴의 표면보다 낮은 높이를 갖도록 변형된 도전막 패텬을 형성하는 단계, 상기 절연막 패턴의 측벽에 스페이서를 형성하는 단계, 및 하부전극을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체장치의 커패시터 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면 넓은 유효 커패시터 면적을 가지는 원통형 하부 전극을 형성하므로써 셀 어레이 영역과 주변회로 영역과의 단차를 적정하게 유지하여 후속 공정 시의 패턴불량 및 단차 도포성을 좋게하는 동시에 셀 커패시턴스를 증대시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: Provided is an improved indoor unit of an air conditioner, wherein the indoor unit is to improve a suction structure, a discharge structure, and an air flow path structure in the indoor unit in order to improve the operation efficiency of the indoor unit, in order to reduce the noise of the indoor unit, and in order to miniaturize the size of the indoor unit; and is to control the discharge direction of air discharged from the indoor unit in order to discharge the air to a wide indoor space. An indoor unit of an air conditioner according to the present invention comprises: a housing including a front panel having multiple openings, and a rear panel coupled to the rear side of the front panel and having multiple inlets; at least one heat exchanger placed inside the housing; multiple mixed flow fan units including a diffuser having an outlet exposed to the front side of the front panel through the opening, a duct coupled to the diffuser and guiding air, which exchanges heat through the heat exchanger after sucked through the inlet, to the outlet, a mixed flow fan allowing the air to forcibly flow from the inlet to the outlet, and a driving motor driving the mixed flow fan; and multiple fixing frames arranged inside the housing and to which the ducts of the mixed flow fan units are coupled, wherein the ducts coupled to the fixing frames are able to rotate, and the mixed flow fan units coupled to the fixing frames discharge the air in respectively different discharge directions up and down.

Abstract: 셀 캐패시터의 표면적을 증태시켜 셀 캐패시턴스를 증대시키는 방법에 대해 기재되어 있다.
이는 셀 캐패시터의 스토리지 전극의 평면도를 각 모서리 내부의 각이 90°보다 크지 않은 삼각형으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 상기 삼각형의 모양은 셀 캐패시턴스를 더욱 증대시키기 위하여 끝부분의 모양을 변형하거나 더미패턴을 삽입하는 것이 가능하다.
따라서, 종래의 사각형의 평면도를 갖는 스토리지 전극에 비해 캐패시터의 표면적을 증대시킬 수 있으므로, 셀 캐패시턴스를 증대시킬 수 있다.-
