Disclosed is an organic light emitting device (OLED) including a light extraction layer, capable of improving light extraction efficiency. The disclosed OLED may include a transparent substrate, a transparent electrode on the transparent substrate, a transparent light extraction layer provided on the transparent electrode, a light emitting layer provided on the transparent electrode, and a reflective electrode provided to cover the light extraction layer and the light emitting layer. In this case, the light extraction layer and the light emitting layer are alternately formed on the transparent electrode.

Disclosed is an organic light emitting device (OLED) including a light extraction layer having scattering particles formed by the femtosecond laser, and a method for manufacturing the OLED. The disclosed light emitting device comprises a transparent substrate; a light extraction layer disposed on the transparent substrate; a transparent electrode disposed on the light extraction layer; a light emitting layer disposed on the transparent electrode; and a reflective electrode disposed on the light emitting layer. Here, the light extraction layer is composed of materials having a refractive index equal to or smaller than that of the transparent electrode, and can contain scattering particles formed by the femtosecond laser therein.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method of sequential and multiple immunostaining for detection of various antigens in the same specimens. The immunostaining method can be used for qualitative or quantitative analysis of proteins expressed, gene analysis, and morphological analysis even in specimens where only a small amount is available. Fluorescent pigments according to an embodiment of the present invention are selected from a group consisting of FITC, DAPI, Cy5, Cy3, Texas Red and Rhodamine.

리튬염, 비수성 유기 용매 및 전해질 첨가제를 포함하는 리튬 이차 전지용 전해질로서, 상기 첨가제는 극성 치환기를 함유한 페난트롤린계 화합물인 리튬 이차 전지용 전해질이 제공된다. 본 발명의 일 구현예에 따른 리튬 이차 전지용 전해질을 사용함으로써, 수명 특성 및 고온 보존 특성이 향상된 리튬 이차 전지를 제공할 수 있다.
