Abstract: 접촉힘 센서 패키지와 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 개시된 접촉힘 센서 패키지는, 접촉힘(contact force)의 발생원(source)에 접촉되는 일측면을 구비한 탄성층과, 이 탄성층의 다른 일측면에 부착되는 기판층을 구비한다. 기판층은 탄성층으로부터 이격되고 접촉힘에 의해 변형되는 외팔보(cantilever beam)와, 이 외팔보의 자유단부(free end portion)로부터 탄성층까지 연장되어 접촉힘을 탄성층으로부터 외팔보로 전달하는 필라(pillar)와, 외팔보의 변형 정도에 따른 전기 신호를 생성하는 변형 감지 요소를 구비한다.
