Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hierarchical porous transition metal oxide structure with improved specific surface area, a manufacturing method thereof, a photoelectrode including the same and dye sensitized solar cell including the same are provided to facilitate manufacturing and to manufacture at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A hierarchical porous transition metal oxide structure(100) comprises a first transition metal oxide structure and a second transition metal oxide structure(70). The first transition metal oxide structure has first pores arranged in 3 dimensions. The second transition metal oxide structure is formed in the first pore and has second pores(65) arranged in 3 dimensions. The size of the second pore is smaller than the size of the first pore. A manufacturing method of the hierarchical porous transition metal oxide structure comprises the following steps: forming a first sacrificed layer containing the first polymer colloidal particles on a substrate; injecting first transition metal oxide precursors into the first sacrificial layer; forming a first transition metal oxide structure by removing the first sacrificed layer; forming a second sacrificed layer by injecting the second polymer colloidal particles into the first pores of the first metal oxide structure; injecting the second transition metal oxide precursors into the second sacrificed layer; and forming a second transition metal oxide structure by removing the second sacrificed layer. The size of the second polymer colloidal particle is smaller than the first polymer colloidal particle.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an optical electrode and a dye-sensitized solar battery with an optical electrode are provided to use a polymer colloid magnetic assembly crystalline layer, thereby easily manufacturing a porous transition metal oxide layer. CONSTITUTION: A polymer colloidal solution is applied onto a conductive transparent substrate to form a polymer colloid magnetic assembly crystalline layer(S200). A transition metal oxide precursor solution is injected into the polymer colloid magnetic assembly crystalline layer to form a porous transition metal oxide layer(S300). The porous transition metal oxide layer absorbs a photosensitive dye(S400).
