Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for preparing inverse opal structures is provided to synthesize a reverse opal structure with a firm structure through an environment-friendly method in a supercritical fluid. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing inverse opal structures comprises the steps of: preparing a template with a 3 dimensional photonic crystal structure; reacting a ceramic precursor in the presence of a mold under a supercritical fluid to apply a ceramic material on the surface of a mold; and sintering the surface-coated mold. The mold is a 3D-latex mold. The 3D-latex mold is polystyrene.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A photo electrode manufacturing method which uses a chemical bath deposition, a photo electrode manufactured by the same, and a dye sensitized solar cell are provided to directly arrange the photo electrode on a seed layer arranged on a substrate using the chemical bath deposition, thereby reducing process time. CONSTITUTION: A photo electrode(100) comprises a conductive transparent substrate(10) and a metal oxide layer(20). The conductive transparent substrate arranges a conductive transparent electrode on a transparent substrate. A seed layer is arranged by coating a metal oxide on the conductive transparent substrate with a fixed thickness. A counter electrode(200) comprises a conductive layer(40) arranged on a conductive transparent substrate(50). An electrolyte(30) is placed between the photo electrode and counter electrode.
