Abstract: 본발명은상술한종래기술의문제점을해결하기위하여안출된것으로서, 본발명에서해결하고자하는과제는새로운무세포화, 알파-갈락토시다아제처리, 글루타르알데히드, 제니핀, 카보디아마이드를이용한이중고정처리방식및 항독소화방법을통한이종이식용생체조직을제조하는방법및 이로부터제조된생체조직을제공하고자한다. 상기에서설명한바와같이, 본발명의방법에따른이종이식용생체조직및 이를이용한판막및 판막도관, 패치(patch) 등을적용하는경우, 석회화의발생이많이감소하며, 독성이적은무세포성, 무면역원성의생체조직이식이가능한우수한효과가있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A nano device is provided to obtain an integrated circuit connected with various devices by forming a functional nanostructure on the plate side of a carbon layer. CONSTITUTION: A nano device comprises a carbon layer(10) containing grapheme of one layer with a planar structure of a beehive shape and monocrystal graphite of at least two layers; and at least one nanostructure(20) perpendicularly grown on the plate side of the carbon layer.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供纳米器件,通过在碳层的板侧形成功能纳米结构,获得与各种器件相连的集成电路。 构成:纳米装置包括碳层(10),其含有具有蜂窝形状的平面结构的一层和至少两层的单晶石墨的图形的图形; 和在碳层的板侧垂直生长的至少一个纳米结构(20)。
