    Abstract: The present invention relates to at least one biomarker for diagnosing liver cancer or measuring liver cancer prognosis, selected from a cluster composed of ACADVL, ANLN, BASP1, MTHFD1, CAPN1, C4A, FLNB and PABPC1, and to a kit, a composition and a method for measuring liver cancer prognosis or diagnosing liver cancer comprising the same. The biomarker according to the present invention can predict and identify an early diagnosis of hepatoma, monitoring and degree of the disease with high accuracy and sensitivity. Also simple and significant diagnosis of liver cancer or monitoring can be done with a noninvasive test using blood or urine, and the biomarker is useful in early diagnosis of liver cancer at home or an ordinary clinic through, for example, point of care testing (POCT) development.
