The pharmaceutically effective amount is 40muM to 200muM.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition for anticancer containing marine microorganism extract is provided to suppress penetration and proliferation of cancer and induce apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for anticancer contains Pseudomonas sp. extract as an active ingredient. The cancer is head and neck cancer, oral cancer, colorectal cancer, stomach cancer and liver cancer. The Pseudomonas sp. is Pseudoalteromonas sp.(KCTC11358BP). The mechanism of anticancer is performed through apoptosis or necrosis.
