Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition comprising an extract of Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson. More specifically, the extract of Cnidium monnieri (L.) Cusson shows an effect of preventing infected pathogenic microorganisms by improving an immunity performance of Raw 264.7 cells, and improving a survival rate and immunity of E.coli infected animal models, thereby being useful as a component of food, medicines, and feed having an excellent immune defense effect against pathological microbe infection.

Abstract: 본 발명은 상심자 추출물을 유효성분으로 함유하는 암질환의 치료 및 예방용 조성물로서, 본 발명의 상심자 추출물이 대식세포 Raw 264.7 세포내에서 CT-26세포와 같은 결장암에서 항암활성을 나타낼 뿐만 아니라, 암이종 이식 동물모델실험에서 5-FU 와 같은 기존 항암제와 공동 투여시에 암조직 성장억제 활성을 확인하여, 우수한 항암 효능을 갖는 식품, 의약품 그리고 사료의 성분으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있음을 확인함으로써 본 발명을 완성하였다.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及含有桑叶提取物作为治疗和预防癌症的活性成分的组合物。 已经证实，本发明的桑ba提取物在原始264.7巨噬细胞中在结肠癌如CT-26细胞中显示出抗癌活性，并且还显示了在桑叶提取物的共同给药期间具有肿瘤组织生长抑制活性 现有的抗癌药物如5-FU在癌症异种移植动物模型实验中。 因此，已经证实，桑叶提取物可以实际上用作具有优异抗癌作用的食品，药物和饲料的成分。

Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel compound and a composition containing a compound separated from a Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient for reinforcing immunity. More specifically, the composition of the present invention exhibits effects in increasing the generation of NO in a histiocyte Raw 264.7 and increasing functions to secret immunity reinforcing factors such as TNF-α and IL-12 so as to exhibit an effect in reinforcing activities in an immunocyte and have immunity reinforcing efficiency.
