Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel compound and a composition containing a compound separated from a Morus alba L. extract as an active ingredient for reinforcing immunity. More specifically, the composition of the present invention exhibits effects in increasing the generation of NO in a histiocyte Raw 264.7 and increasing functions to secret immunity reinforcing factors such as TNF-α and IL-12 so as to exhibit an effect in reinforcing activities in an immunocyte and have immunity reinforcing efficiency. Accordingly, the composition can be usefully used as a food, a medical product, and a fodder additive having immunity reinforcing efficiency by which a decline in immunity can be excellently prevented, controlled, and treated.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种新型化合物和含有从桑叶提取物分离的化合物作为增强免疫的活性成分的组合物。 更具体地说，本发明的组合物显示出增加组织细胞Raw 264.7中NO的产生并增加功能以增强免疫力增强因子例如TNF-α和IL-12的作用，从而在增强活性的作用 免疫细胞具有免疫增强作用。 因此，该组合物可以有效地用作食品，医药产品和具有免疫强化效率的饲料添加剂，由此可以极大地防止，控制和处理免疫力的下降。
