Abstract: The present invention relates to an erect type three-wheeled device with a buffer unit. The erect type three-wheeled device comprises: a pair of rear wheel parts symmetrically installed in both sides; foothold parts connected between the pair of rear wheel parts so that a passenger can put both feet thereon in an erected state; frames for connecting the front sides of the foothold parts and one front wheel part; and a handlebar part extended upward from the frames to control the rotation direction of the front wheel part. The buffer unit is arranged on the frame to buffer the force generated when the passenger is pushed forward by inertial force in braking. When the passenger brakes during driving in a state where the passenger grips a handlebar in the erected state, the handlebar part elastically absorbs the force generated when the passenger is pushed forward by the inertial force, thereby preventing the body of the passenger from leaning forward to prevent safety accidents.
