Abstract: The present invention relates to panel structure of a dual flooring material which is integrated with finish panel, including a flat plate having a lower flat plate forming a basic frame of the dual flooring material to support the bottom surface of a mortar portion; and a vertical bent portion vertically bent from the outer peripheral surface of the flat plate to an upward direction, or a flat plate having the lower plate to support the bottom surface of the mortar portion; a vertical bent portion vertically bent from the outer peripheral surface of the flat plate to an upward direction; and an inwardly bent portion vertically bent from a portion of the vertical bent portion toward the inside. The vertically bent portion and the inwardly bent portion are inserted to the bottom surface or the lateral surface of the mortar portion to reinforce the engagement between the mortar portion and the lower plate. Abstract: 수면시 피로를 풀어주어 건간에 도움을 줄 수 있는 천연흙 침대의 제조방법이 개시된다. 이를 위하여, 본 발명은 (a) 황토흙 100 중량부와, 황토흙 100 중량부에 대해 견고성을 다지기 위해 찰흙 10~30 중량부와, 돌가루 10~30 중량부와, 물에 6시간 이상 침지하여 염분 농도가 0.5%일 때 수세하여 함수율이 20%이하가 되도록 건조한 후, 1~2㎜크기 입자로 분쇄하여 점질력을 향상시킬 수 있도록 미역에서 추출한 천연물질인 후코이단 10~20 중량부를 혼합하여 공기흡착기로 공기를 제거하는 단계; (b) 상기 공기가 제거된 상태의 혼합물을 프레스를 이용하여 성형하는 단계; (c) 상기 성형에 의해 제조된 성형물을 18~ 20일 자연 건조시킨 후, 70 내지 120℃의 온도에서 굽는단계; (d) 상기 (c) 단계에 의해 제조된 천연흙 침대의 조각물을 연결하여 천연흙 침대의 골격을 완성하는 단계; 및 (e) 상기 (d) 단계에 의해 완성된 천연흙 침대의 골격을 침대 틀안에 안착시켜 천연흙 침대와 침대틀 사이에 목재보료를 부착하여 고정하는 단계;를 포함한다.
