Abstract: 본 발명은 친환경 천연흙판의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 원적외선을 방사시켜 항상 쾌적하고 건강한 수면을 유지함과 동시에 수면시 피로를 풀어주고, 건강에 도움을 줄 수 있는 천연흙판의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A panel joint unit is provided to fix a panel to a lower support member and to directly install a panel on a retaining wall without a lower support member. CONSTITUTION: A panel joint unit comprises a joint angle (300) and a panel bolt (330). The joint angle is formed with a base fixing part (310) which is in touch with one side of a base (200) and a panel support part (320) joined with a panel (100). The dough is molded to a plane type molded product while pressurizing the dough in which the air is removed. The plane type molded product is dried. 종래의 수도미터기 보호통은 건물의 외부에 설치하게 되나 보온덮개가 얇아서 쉽게 부서지는 결점이 있으며, 계량기의 검침시에는 보온덮개를 열고나서 스치로폴 구멍을 막고있는 덮개를 다시 열고서 검침하는 관계로 검침이 복잡하고 덮개를 분실하거나 쉽게 파손되는 것이었다.
따라서 본 고안은 뚜껑(3)의 하측으로 철판(3)과 고정판(7)을 3중으로 형성하며 고정판(7)의 중앙에서 하측으로 스치로폴 구멍(16)을 막는 돌출카바(17)를 설치하고 그 돌출카바(17)의 내부에 보온재(18)를 넣어서 보온덮개(2)를 설치하여 스치로폴구멍(16)을 보온덮개(2)로서 개폐시키도록 하여 보온덮개가 파손되지 않는 견고함을 유지하는 동시에 보온덮개의 일회 개폐에 의하여 스치로폴 구멍을 개폐시키도록 하여 계량기의 검침을 편리하게 하는 것이다.-
