본 발명은 신규한 방선균속 ( Streptomyces sp.)에 속하는 신규균주 및 그 균주의 배양액을 포함하는 농용미생물제제에 대한 발명으로, 밀녹병에 대한 항균성물질을 개발하기 위하여 토양에서 분리한 방선균으로부터 항균성물질을 조사하여 농용미생물제제로의 이용에 대한 발명이다.

PURPOSE: Primers for amplifying gene hsp65 of Mycobacterium species and an identification method of Mycobacterium species using the same are provided, thereby rapidly and easily detecting and identifying Mycobacterium species. CONSTITUTION: A pair of primers for specifically amplifying gene hsp65 of Mycobacterium species have the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2. A method for identifying Mycobacterium species comprises amplifying the gene hsp65 fragments of Mycobacterium species using the primers of SEQ ID NOs: 1 and 2; and subjecting the amplified gene fragments to RPLP(restriction fragment length polymorphism) analysis using the specific restriction enzyme recognition site within the amplified fragments, wherein the restriction enzyme is Xho I.

Abstract:
An organic modifier for forming PET/clay nano-composite is provided to have improved thermal stability and to produce the nano-composite which has silicate layer of MMT(montmorillonite) dispersed in PET resin of the composite by reacting BrEth with triphenylphosphine to have phosphonium ion only at one side of the modifier. The organic modifier is formed by the steps of: preparing a uniform solution by pouring magnesium perchlorate in a flask while feeding nitrogen gas and adding pure acetonitrile; adding 1,2-epoxy-3-phenoxypropane and 2-bromoethanol to the solution; taking and removing diethylether layer from the solution after phase separation by extraction to obtain crude solution; reacting 1,2-epoxy-3-phenoxypropane and 2-bromoethanol to obtain an intermediate BrEth; and reacting the intermediate with triphenylphosphine to synthesize the organic modifier.

PURPOSE: An hsp 65 gene fragment of Mycobacterium species and a method for identifying Mycobacterial species using the same are provided, thereby easily and cheaply identifying Mycobacterial species. CONSTITUTION: A polynucleotide representing 604-bp fragment of the hsp 65 gene of Mycobacterium species has the nucleotide sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 54. A nucleotide set for identifying Mycobacterium species comprises at least one 604-bp fragment of the hsp 65 gene of Mycobacterium species selected from SEQ ID NOs: 1 to 54. A method for identifying Mycobacterial species comprises the steps of: (1) amplifying an hsp 65 gene fragment of an interest strain using a primer; (2) analyzing the nucleotide sequence of the amplified hsp 65 gene fragment; and (3) comparing the nucleotide sequence of the hsp 65 604-bp fragment of the interest strain with that of standard Mycobacterium strain.
