Abstract: 본 발명은 소나무재선충병 매개충인 솔수염하늘소와 소나무 천공성 소나무하늘소의 인공증식방법 및 인공사료에 관한 것이다. 소나무재선충병 매개충인 솔수염하늘소와 소나무 천공성 소나무하늘소가 소나무 가지에 난을 산란 후 산란된 알을 채취 후 본 발명의 인공사료를 사용한 인공사료 배지에 이식 부화시켜 유충을 23℃ 중고온의 단일조건으로 하여 소나무톱밥이 주배지로 첨가된 인공사료에 솔수염하늘소와 소나무하늘소 인공사료를 공급하는 사육환경에서 사육하며 저온(4~5℃) 단일 조건(광조건12시간 미만)으로 휴면을 타파하여 알, 유충 번데기 기간을 거쳐 성충으로 우화시키는 4단계로 사육하는 것으로,소나무재선충병 매개충인 솔수염하늘소의 생태 및 생활사 연구 매개 경로와 체내 소나무재선충의 보유 및 활력도 조사지표로 사용 가능하고 기주식물인 소나무가지분말을 함유한 인공사료를 공급함으로써 사료비를 절감할 수 있으며 성충우화율이 향상되고 세대를 단축시켜 소나무재선충병 연구의 효율을 증가시킬 수 있다.

Abstract: An artificial feed for Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor, and a method for breeding Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor by using the feed are provided to breed Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor in large quantities all the year round by supplying the artificial feed and breaking dormancy. An artificial feed for Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor is prepared by the steps of: (a) making a powdered mixture for feed; (b) mixing 100g of the powdered mixture to a liquefied mixture comprising 700ml of water, 3g of dihydroxy benzoate, 3g of sorbic acid, 15g of multiple vitamins, and 160g of wheat gum; and (c) heating the mixture at 121°C for 15min. In the step (a), the powdered mixture comprises: 47wt% of an artificial feed for Moechotypa diphysis (Pascoe) consisting of 8~10wt% of agar, 3~4wt% of casein, 3~4wt% of L-ascorbic acid, 70~72wt% of oak sawdust, and 14~15wt% of dry yeast; 47wt% of sawdust made by peeling the bark off a pine tree and crushing its woody parts; and 6wt% of sawdust made by crushing a pine tree. A method for breeding Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor by using the artificial feed comprises the steps of: (i) collecting the eggs of Japanese pine sawyer and Rhagium inquisitor from the branches of a pine tree, hatching the eggs in an artificial culture medium, and supplying the artificial feed to larvae at 23°C for 12 hours; (b) firstly keeping the larvae in a compulsory dormant stage at 4~5°C for 30 days, and storing them at 15~20°C for 10 days; and (c) secondly keeping the larvae in a compulsory dormant stage at 4~5°C for 20 days, and compulsorily breaking dormancy at 15~20°C to allow the larvae to pupate.
