Abstract: PURPOSE: An LED lighting apparatus and a cooling apparatus thereof are provided to release heat generated from the LED lighting apparatus by installing the cooling apparatus which uses a fluid phase change phenomenon on the rear surface of a substrate in which an LED is mounted. CONSTITUTION: A heat dissipation case(30) is arranged on the rear surface of a substrate(20) in which an LED(10) is mounted. A phase change fluid(40) is vaporized by generated heat. A liquefied block(50) liquefies the fluid and transfers the fluid to a bottom surface. A heat sink(60) emits heat to the outside. A rear surface heat dissipation plate is respectively attached on a pipe part and the rear surface of the substrate.
