Abstract: PURPOSE: A comparator provided with an output independent of the flow of a driving power is provided to apply various portable device using a portable battery such as a personal digital assistant(PDA), a cellular phone or the like. CONSTITUTION: A comparator provided with an output independent of the flow of a driving power includes a first comparator(10), a second comparator(20) and a first reset set flip flop(40). The first comparator(10) compares the first input voltage inputted of the negative terminal with the reference voltage inputted to the positive terminal. The second comparator(20) compares the second input voltage inputted to the negative terminal with the reference voltage inputted to the positive terminal. And, the first reset set flip flop(40) outputs the high signal when the first input voltage of the first comparator(10) is larger than the reference voltage and outputs the low signal when the first input voltage of the first comparator(10) is smaller than the reference voltage.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for distributing digital contents is provided to offer a key and an ID code for downloading the digital contents to a proper user, and download the digital contents through a terminal by using the key and the ID code. CONSTITUTION: A digital contents providing server judges that a terminal of a member shop or a personal member is connected(200). In case of the member shop terminal, it is judged that the member shop terminal requests the key and the ID code(216). In the case that the key and the ID code are requested, the digital contents providing server generates the key and the ID code by receiving the information for the user using the key and the ID code, and stores it in a portable storage, and stores the key, the ID code, and the user information in a database(224). In the case of a download request, the digital contents providing server searches the database by receiving the key and the ID code stored in the portable storage through the user terminal, and the selected digital contents is downloaded to the user terminal if the download is possible(240).
