Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus are provided, thereby forming synapsis and nerve circuit between axons. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus comprises adhering a nerve cell on the conductive polymer-coated silicone board which is coated with gold, and culturing the nerve cell, wherein the nerve cell adhered to the silicone board is subjected to voltage in the presence of a culturing medium during the cultivation to proliferate the nerve cell, and to induce differentiation and axons; the conductive polymer is polypyrrol and coated on the gold-coated silicone board using electric polymerization; and the nerve cell is cultured under voltage of 0.01 to 1.0 V for 1 to 4 minutes. An apparatus for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus comprises a culturing vessel; a board for adhering the nerve cell; electrodes; and a pseudo electrode for maintaining the voltage of the positive(+) electrode to be constant, wherein the board is prepared by coating a gold-coated silicone board with the conductive polymer.

PURPOSE: Provided is a bioabsorptive ceramic-polymer complex material for tissue engineering with teeth apatite and polymer used which mixes teeth apatite, polymer for tissue engineering and solvent to keep porosity on the surface and section so that it improves humidity absorption rate. CONSTITUTION: The production process of the bioabsorptive ceramic-polymer complex material for tissue engineering with teeth apatite and polymer used comprises the steps of: (i) extracting an inorganic material from teeth of human or animals and crushing them to prepare teeth apatite; (ii) selecting one material from PGA, PLA, PLLA, PLGA, chitosan and PHBV as bioabsorptive polymer; (iii) selecting one solvent from methylene chloride, chloroform, DMSO and week acid; and (iv) mixing 60-90wt% of bioabsorptive polymer and 10-40wt% of teeth apatite under the selected solvent to produce a ceramic-polymer complex material.

PURPOSE: A making method of substitute using animal bones is provided, which can replace damaged bone part of the human body into the new substitute without immune rejection, also reinforces the bones to use as a bone pin, a bone screw and a bone fixing plate. CONSTITUTION: A bone substitute producing method includes the steps of collecting bones by size and part from young healthy animal having no disease after examinations and cleaning, treating the bones in hydrogen peroxide vapor for over 15minutes, in 100% of alcohol or solution of mixing chloroform and methanol more than 24hours, in 0.6N of hydrochloric acid for 6-12hours according to needed parts and situations, treating the bones with Phosphate buffer solution over 30minutes, keeping the bones at -70°C, performing lyophilization more than 24hours at a minimum, sterilizing by using electric beam, EO gas or 25KGy of irradiation, and immersing the bones resulted in a solution with antibiotics before use. Treating bones in hydrogen peroxide for 15minutes and processing lyophilization more than 24hours are the ways of solidifying the bones.

PURPOSE: A natural dye for dyeing DNA and tissue cells and its dyeing method are provided, which is made by using the extract of the skin of wild grapes, is nontoxic and can dye DNA and tissue cells without using a fixing agent. CONSTITUTION: The natural dye for dying DNA comprises the extract of the skin of wild grapes; and a DNA dyeing dye. The natural dye for dying tissue comprises the extract of the skin of wild grapes; and a tissue dyeing dye. Preferably the extract is obtained by centrifuging the skin of wild grapes; and separating the supernatant. DNA or tissue is dyed by using the natural dye for dying DNA or the natural dye for dying tissue, without using a fixing agent. The tissue is one of cell substrate, lysosome, immunocyte, a plasma cell, lymphocyte or macrophage.

머루로부터 껍질을 분리하여 교반하고, 소정 시간동안 실온에서 저장하여 원심분리로 머루껍질 액을 추출하고 이를 침전시켜서 상층 용액을 분리하여 제조되며, DNA 염색제 또는 생체조직 염색제로써 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 천연염색염료가 개시된다. 천연의 머루 껍질에서 추출한 염색 염료는 무독성이고 환경 친화적인 염색 염료일 뿐만 아니라, DNA을 비롯한 각종 조직을 모두 염색할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting tooth protein from an extracted tooth and the use thereof are provided, thereby easily and rapidly extracting the tooth protein. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting tooth protein from an extracted tooth comprises the steps of: washing the extracted tooth with enamel with distilled water; pulverizing the tooth, washing the pulverized tooth, removing fat from the pulverized tooth using organic solvent, and removing lime from the pulverized tooth; and removing fat from the lime-removed tooth, washing the tooth and extracting tooth protein using 4M guanidine-HCl, wherein the extracted tooth protein is optionally subjected to electrophoresis and is optionally adsorbed to the PVDF membrane. The extracted tooth protein is adsorbed to chitosan.

PURPOSE: A method for extracting a tooth protein from a pulled tooth using PVDF membrane is provided to increase an extracting efficiency of a tooth protein and to confirm an amino acid sequence without a further step. CONSTITUTION: The method for extracting a tooth protein from a pulled tooth comprises the steps of: washing the whole tooth without removing an enamel from the pulled tooth, using a distilled water; crushing the tooth and washing the tooth; degreasing and deliming using an organic solvent; re-degreasing and washing the delimed specimen; and extracting the tooth protein. The tooth protein is used as a bone forming material or as a calcification and ossification material.
