    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus are provided, thereby forming synapsis and nerve circuit between axons. CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus comprises adhering a nerve cell on the conductive polymer-coated silicone board which is coated with gold, and culturing the nerve cell, wherein the nerve cell adhered to the silicone board is subjected to voltage in the presence of a culturing medium during the cultivation to proliferate the nerve cell, and to induce differentiation and axons; the conductive polymer is polypyrrol and coated on the gold-coated silicone board using electric polymerization; and the nerve cell is cultured under voltage of 0.01 to 1.0 V for 1 to 4 minutes. An apparatus for culturing a nerve cell by electronic stimulus comprises a culturing vessel; a board for adhering the nerve cell; electrodes; and a pseudo electrode for maintaining the voltage of the positive(+) electrode to be constant, wherein the board is prepared by coating a gold-coated silicone board with the conductive polymer.
