Abstract:
본 발명은 입도분포가 넓은 합성고무 라텍스의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 단일 중합공정으로 평균 입경이 크면서 입경 분포가 넓은 고무 라텍스를 제조하는 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명은 공액 디엔계 단량체 또는 공액 디엔계 단량체와 이와 공중합할 수 있는 비닐계 단량체를 유화 중합함에 있어서, 첨가되는 유화제의 일부를 초기 첨가후, 잔량을 반응 도중 연속적으로 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하여 제조된 고무질 라텍스는 ABS 수지와 같은 내충격성 수지에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
Abstract:
본 발명은 미반응 모노머가 감소된 아클리로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌 수지의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 고무 중합체 라텍스의 물성이 손상되지 아니하며, 중합시간이 단축되고, 취급시 위험성이 해소되며, 경제성 손실이 없는 미반응 모노머가 감소된 열가소성 수지를 제조하는 방법을 제공함을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명은 불포화 니트릴 단량체와 비닐방향족 화합물 단량체의 혼합물을 고무중합체 라텍스 존재 하에서 중합시키는 데에 있어서, 상기 단량체들을 두 공정(제1공정, 제2공정)으로 분리하여 첨가하고, 저온 중합개시제와 고온 중합 개시제를 함께 첨가하여 유화반응시키는 것을 특징으로 한다.

The thermoplastic resin compsn. for impact reinforcing agent is prepd. by : first graft-polymerizing aromatic vinyl based monomer within the diene based rubberic polymer having 0.2-0.5 micrometer of ave. particle size; second graft polymerising with the mixt. of two or more methacrylic acid alkylester. Pref. the diene based rubberic polymer is 1,3-butadiene or 1,3-butadiene contg. 3-40 % of aromatic vinyl monomer; the aromatic vinyl monomer is the mixt. contg. one or more of styrene, o-ethylene, m-ethyl styrene, p-ethyl styrene, 2,4-dimethyl styrene or alpha-methyl styrene; the mixt. of alkyl ester methacrylate is the mixt. of C1-8 alkyl ester and C8-18 methacrylic acid alkyl ester.

The method manufacturing acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene resin, which is reduced of nonreactive monomer. ABS resin is made by emulsion polymerization of unsaturated nitrile monomer and vinyl aromatics in the presence of rubber latex such as polybutadien, isoprene, acrylic rubber, acrylonitrile-butadien copolymer or styrene-butadien copolymer. The monomer mixture is added in 20-100wt. parts(against 100 wt. parts of wbber latex) at 1st process step and 10-150wt. parts at 2nd step separately. After 1st step and before 2nd step, low-temp and high-temp initiator is added simultaneously at 58-65deg.C.

The permanent antistatic, flame-retardant ABS resin compsn. is composed of (a) 5-90 wt.pts. of a polyamide-type elastomer of formula (I) [PA = polyamide; PE = polyethylene oxide; n = integer , (b) 10-95 wt.pts. of a styrene-type thermoplastic resin i.e. polystyrene, styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer and/or styrene- ubber copolymer-acrylonitrile copolymer, (c) 0.1-5 wt.pts. of an organic compatibilizer i.e. epoxy-modified acryl/polymethylmethacrylate block copolymer or styrene-acrylonitrile/acrylate block copolymer, (d) 10-35 wt.pts. of a flame-retardant i.e. polybrominated diphenyl oxide, tetrabromo bisphenol-A or bis(tribromophenoxy)ethane and a flame-retardance aid i.e. antimony trioxide.

The ABS resin composition comprises 25-45 parts by weight of g-ABS prepared by conventional emulsion polymerization of 20-60 parts by weight of polybutadiene latex having particle diameter of 0.1-1.0 m, 5-25 parts by weight of acrylonitrile and 15-75 parts by weight of styrene; 55-75 parts by weight of SAN of which the content ratio of high molecular weight SAN having molecular weight of 80,000-140,000 prepared by suspension polymerization of 15-35 parts by weight of acrylonitrile and 65-85 parts by weight of styrene to low to middle molecular weight SAN is 1:3 to 3:1; each 0.1 to 1.0 part by weight of metalic soap and EBS.

The method minimizes the influence of isocyanate or polyol or freon gas to ABS resin or HIPS resin applied to dispensing and foaming of thermo-isolating polyurethane resin, and prevents thermal cracks of walls generated from difference between thermal expansion coefficients or temp. difference between inner and outer walls of refrigerator. The method is composed of bonding a chemical-resistant tape to the inner box, dispensing and foaming the raw urethane resin. The chemical-resistant resin of polyester or polyolefin, silicon is transformed to a film-type tape or the tape coated or laminated with the resin on the paper or the nonwoven material.
