    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition for refrigerator which has excellent chemical resistance and fluidity, and is easy to produce and process, and which can be applied to injection molded components of refrigerator, and so on. CONSTITUTION: The composition comprises (a) acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene graft copolymer resin produced by graft polymerizing 70-30 wt% of mixture of aromatic vinyl-based monomer and nitrile monomer in the presence of 30-70 wt% of butadiene-based rubber having a gel content of 50 wt% or more; (b) acryl-based graft copolymer consisting of 20-60 parts by weight(in solids) of acryl-based synthetic rubber having particle size of 0.05-0.5 micrometer, 20-30 parts by weight of vinyl cyanide, and 80-70 parts by weight of aromatic vinyl compound; (c) vinyl cyanide compound-aromatic vinyl compound copolymer having weight average molecular weight of 100,000 to 150,000, produced by copolymerizing 30-45 wt% of vinyl cyanide compound and 55-70 wt% of aromatic vinyl compound; and (d) hydrocarbon compound having number average molecular weight of 300-30,000.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent thermal stability, flowability and chemical resistance to HCFC-141B for a refrigerator by using a base resin of butadiene type rubber graft copolymer, a SAN resin mixture, ethylenebisstearoamide, triphenyl phosphate, and a stearate type compound. CONSTITUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises 30 to 40 parts by weight of g-ABS resin prepared by emulsion graft polymerization of rubber polymer having an average particle size of 0.25 to 0.40 and 60 to 70 parts by weight of a SAN resin mixture. The SAN resin mixture includes 10 to 70 parts by weight of a first SAN resin containing 20 to 35 wt% of acrylonitrile and a weight average molecular weight of 80,000 to 100,000 and 90 to 30 weight part of a second SAN resin containing 20 to 35 wt% of acrylonitrile and a weight average molecular weight of 110,000 to 140,000. The composition further comprises 1 to 5 parts by weight of ethylenebisstearoamide, 0.3 to 1 parts by weight of triphenyl phosphate and 0.1 to 0.4 parts by weight of a stearate compound, based on 100 parts by weight of the base resin composed of the g-ABS resin and the SAN resin mixture.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermoplastic resin composition is provided, to reduce gloss and to improve fluidity by adding the copolymers having a high molecular weight and a super high molecular weight. CONSTITUTION: The resin composition comprises 20-50 parts by weight of (A) a graft copolymer obtained by graft copolymerizing 30-70 wt% of a butadiene-based rubber and 30-70 wt% of a mixture of aromatic vinyl-based monomer and an unsaturated nitrile-based monomer; 50-80 parts by weight of a mixture of (B) a copolymer of a cyano vinyl compound and an aromatic vinyl compound having a weight average molecular weight of 50,000-200,000 and (C) a high molecular weight copolymer of a cyano vinyl compound and an aromatic vinyl compound having a weight average molecular weight of 1,000,000-2,000,000; and 0.1-10 parts by weight of (D) a super high molecular weight copolymer of a cyano vinyl compound and an aromatic vinyl compound having a weight average molecular weight of 2,000,000-5,000,000. Preferably the copolymer (B) has a linear structure and the copolymers (C) and (D) has a crosslinked structure.
