Abstract: PURPOSE: An absolute dislocation measurement device is provided to improve accuracy of measuring a position without forming a target measurement pattern precisely. CONSTITUTION: An absolute dislocation measurement device comprises a target pattern(121), a signal sensing unit(122), and a control unit. The target patterns are formed on one surface of a target object to a moving direction. Valid units(E1-E14) generating set signals and invalid units(N1-N13) generating no set signals are alternately arranged at a first space(I1). The signal sensing unit includes a plurality of sensors(S1-S20) for sensing the set signals. The sensors are arranged on a moving route in a row at a second space(I2) narrower than the first space. The control unit controls the valid units to generate the set signals and determines a current location of the target object according to output signals of the sensors.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for measuring roundness and parallelization is provided to virtually perform a straight connection of openings by using a linear member and to measure vertical roundness and vertical parallelization according to a vertical position of the linear member. CONSTITUTION: A device for measuring roundness and parallelization measures the roundness and the parallelization of a first object with a first opening with respect to a second object with a second opening. The device for measuring roundness and parallelization includes a measurement unit(21) and a linear member(23). The measurement unit is inserted into the first opening. The linear member is connected to the insertion center of the measurement unit and the center of the second opening. Abstract: PURPOSE: A nondestructive inspection apparatus which generates a gradient electromagnetic field is provided to accurately detect even a fine defect that is generated in the feed direction of an object or the perpendicular direction to the feed direction. CONSTITUTION: A nondestructive inspection apparatus comprises an electromagnetic field generating unit, a magnetic sensor array, a signal processing unit, and a display unit. The electromagnetic field generating unit(13) applies an electromagnetic field, which propagates in a direction different from the feed direction of an object, to the object. The magnetic sensor array(12) generates magnetic field sensing signals corresponding to the intensity of the electromagnetic field from the object. The signal processing unit(15) changes the magnetic field sensing signals to correspond to a display form. The display unit(16) displays the magnetic field sensing signals from the signal processing unit.
