Abstract: A method of breeding an animal by adding an extract of needles of Pinus densiflora(red pine) to feed and then feeding to the animal is provided to improve meat quality, to reduce off-flavor and produces functional products. An animal is bread by adding 5 to 10% by weight of pine needle extract to feed and then feeding to an animal. The pine needle extract is obtained by extracting red pine needles in methanol and extracting. Animal meat and its by-products are horse meat, mutton, artificial meat and rabbit meat.

Abstract translation: 提供通过添加松属（Pinus densiflora）（红松）的针的提取物来喂养动物来饲养动物的方法，以改善肉质，减少异味并产生功能性产品。 通过添加5〜10重量％的松针提取物来饲喂动物，然后喂养动物，动物是面包。 松针针提取物是通过在甲醇中提取红松针提取而得到的。 动物肉及其副产品有马肉，羊肉，人造肉和兔肉。
