    Abstract: The present invention relates to a non-viral gene delivery system and uses thereof and, more specifically, to a non-viral gene delivery system using a cationic polymer glycol chitosan-methyl acrylate-polyethyleneimine (GMP) based on polyethylenimine (PEI) which has high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity. According to the present invention, a polymer for transporting non-viral hexane and a complex based on the same including nanoparticles having a GMP structure, can provide significantly low cytotoxicity and high transfection efficiency and is effective in gene delivery in cells as used as an effective hexane delivery system, thereby being very useful for medical industries.
