Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for identifying an anti-cancer material by using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and PDK1 is provided, thereby easily measuring the activity of RET/PTC, and screening the RET/PTC inhibiting materials, so that it can be useful for development of anticancer materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for measuring the activity of RET/PCT comprises using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and PDK1(phosphoinositide dependent kinase-1), wherein the RET/PTC proteins phosphorylate tyrosine residue of PDK1 in vivo and in vitro; and the RET/PTC proteins are RET/PTC1 (iso9), RET/PTC3 (iso9) and RET/PTC3 (iso51). The method for identifying an anti-cancer material comprises using the specific enzyme-substrate relationship between RET/PTC and PDK1(phosphoinositide dependent kinase-1).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a frequency-dependent boundary film variable motion detector and a control method thereof. The frequency-dependent boundary film variable motion detector includes: a pulse mode voltage controlled oscillator; a pulse generator for driving the pulse mode voltage controlled oscillator; a pulse width controller for controlling pulse width of the pulse generator; a frequency-dependent group delay transmission line for group-delaying an oscillation signal of the pulse mode voltage controlled oscillator as much as delay time corresponding to an established motion sensing distance and then providing the delayed oscillation signal to a receiver; and a mixer which is connected to the frequency-dependent group delay transmission line, and mixes a receiving signal received from a receiving antenna and the oscillation signal of the pulse mode oscillator delayed as much as the delay time and then provides the mixed signal. The frequency-dependent boundary film variable motion detector prepares configuration of forming a boundary film at a motion sensing distance corresponding to the delay time. Boundary monitoring can performed always, by assuring free motion inside and outside the boundary film, by using the frequency-dependent boundary film variable motion detector of the present invention. Abstract: A unit cell of a local spiral EBG(Electromagnetic Band Gap) structure is provided to minimize discontinuity on the power supply plane by locally arranging the unit cell in only via or port of the power supply plane of a PCB. A unit cell is formed by etching the power supply plane of the PCB. The unit cell includes a hexagonal patch(110) and a line(120). The line is extended from one edge(111) of the hexagonal patch. The line spirally surrounds the hexagonal patch several times. A predetermined interval is formed between lines. The hexagonal patch is positioned in the via or port of the power supply plane of the PCB. The extended end of the line is connected to the power supply plane.

Abstract: 본 발명은 세포의 증식을 유도하는 신호전달 단백질인 phosphoinositide dependent kinas-1(PDK1)가 RET/PTC 티로신 인산화 효소의 인산화 기질임을 밝히고, 이를 이용하여 in vitro 또는 in vivo에서 RET/PTC의 활성을 측정하는 방법, RET/PTC 활성억제물질을 선별하는 방법 및 RET/PTC 활성억제물질의 성능을 분석하는 방법 등을 제시하는 것이다.
본 발명은 종래 알려진 바와는 다른 방법인 RET/PTC 단백질과 PDK1 단백질의 효소-기질 특이성을 이용함으로써 간편하게 RET/PTC의 활성을 측정하고 RET/PTC 활성억제물질을 선별하고 성능을 분석할 수 있기 때문에 새로운 항암물질 개발 시스템으로 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bubble type motion detector is provided to form a boundary bubble film at a position far from a transmitter by specific distance. CONSTITUTION: A bubble type motion detector includes a pulse generator (10), a delay line (40) and a mixer (60). The pulse generator drives a pulse oscillator (20).
