Abstract:
Ink for screen printing according to the present invention is a composite including a urethane resin, a pigment, an organic solvent, a dry retardant and a diluent, wherein the dry retardant is comprised of at least one selected from monoethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, and dimethyl sulfoxide. Ink for a screen printing according to the present invention uses, as the dry retardant, an ingredient that is odorless and is harmless to the human body, thereby preventing a user using a fabric that is screen-printed from experiencing displeasure and raising the value of the fabric. Also, when a screen printing is repeated by using the ink for the screen printing according to the present invention, clogging of a screen printing plate is reduced to a minimum, and thus one screen printing plate can be used many times, thereby improving screen printing process efficiency by 30% or more. Also, the dry retardant used in the ink for the screen printing of the present invention can realize a fine pattern or a gradation pattern without changing the original characteristics of the urethane resin and the pigment, so that good printing quality and various textures are expressed through the screen printing.

PURPOSE: A processing method of complex functional cloth is provided to prevent reduction of functionality between complex functions. CONSTITUTION: A material is manufactured by mixing the 20~70weight% of flame resistance thread and 30~80weight% of normal thread. Antibiotic deodorizing agent of 0.1~0.5 o.w.f and 80~100% pickup rate is sprayed on the material. The material is hardened for 3~10 minutes in 160~190 temperature degree. Fluro water/oil repellent agent of 4~40g/L and 70~100 % pickup rate is sprayed on the material. The material is hardened for 3~10 minutes in 160~190 temperature degree.
Abstract:
A pleat type knitted fabric is provided to give natural pleats and excellent surface feeling on a fabric even without performing a separate mechanical process, by knitting the fabric using yarns having different shrinkage rates. A pleat type knitted fabric comprises a fabric and pile yarns arranged slopingly with respect to the fabric. The fabric is knitted by using a latent crimp yarn and a general yarn at a ratio 1:1-2:1. The latent crimp yarn has a thermal shrinkage rate of 10-30% at 60-130‹C and a restoration rate of 30-70%. The general yarn has a thermal shrinkage rate of no more than 10% at 60-130‹C. The fabric has pleats by under-lapping the latent crimp yarn with respect to the general yarn.

An apparatus and a method for performing lami-embo treatment on a textile are provided to improve the quality in lami-embo of a textile, by giving the optimum temperature condition for maximizing the lami-embo of the textile using a pair of preheating rolls so as to perform uniform lami-embo treatment on the textile. A pair of preheating rolls(10,10') preheats a textile layer and a foam layer, which constitute a textile. A pair of embossing and engraving roll(20,30) performs lami-embo treatment on the preheated textile. A cooler(40) cools the treated textile. The cooler has a cooling fan type. The preheat temperature of the textile ranges from 130°C to 195°C.
