PURPOSE: A cooling fluid composition for low temperature is provided, to obtain a novel cooling fluid composition which contains no CFC and HCFC and can replace R-502 destroying the ozone layer. CONSTITUTION: The cooling fluid composition comprises 10-60 wt% of difluoromethane (CH2F2, HFC-32); 5-75 wt% of pentafluoroethane (CHF2CF3, HFC-125); and 15-35 wt% of 1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethane (CHF2CHF2, HFC-134). Also the cooling fluid composition comprises 10-70 wt% of difluoromethane (CH2F2, HFC-32); 10-82 wt% of pentafluoroethane (CHF2CF3, HFC-125); and 8-20 wt% of 1,1-difluoroethane (CH3CHF2, HFC-152a).

PURPOSE: Provided is a defatting method of waxes from molded products using complex fluid which uses complex fluid of carbon dioxide and propane to eliminate low molecular binders like waxes from the molded products beyond critical temperature and pressure so that it improves the flow of minute solid powder among the binders. CONSTITUTION: The defatting method of the waxes from the molded products using complex fluid comprises the steps of: (i) putting a sample of the molded products to a defatting vessel; (ii) using a high pressure liquid pump to compress the complex fluid of 90wt% of carbon dioxide and 10wt% of propane with keeping temperature constant; and (iii) when the complex fluid reaches an ultracritical condition, beginning to eliminate the wanted binder among the sample.

PURPOSE: A mixture coolant composition is provided, which can replace chlorodifluoromethane(CHClF2, referred as HCFC-22), does not destroy an ozone layer and is used in a refrigerator and an air conditioner for a car. CONSTITUTION: The mixture coolant composition comprises 50-60 wt% of difluoromethane(HFC-32); 10-30 wt% of 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane(HFC-134a); 10-20 wt% of 1,1,1,2,3,3,3,-heptafluoropropane(HFC-227ea); and 5-15 wt% of isobutane(R-600a). The mixture coolant composition comprises 50-70 wt% of HFC-32; 10-30 wt% of HFC-134a; 10-20 wt% of HFC-227ea; and 5-15 wt% of 1,1,1,2,3,3-hexafluoropropane(HFC-2363a). The mixture coolant composition comprises 50-70 wt% of HFC-32; 10-30 wt% of HFC-134a; 10-20 wt% of HFC-227ea; and 5-12 wt% of butane(R-600). Also the mixture coolant composition comprises 40-70 wt% of HFC-32; 10-40 wt% of 1,1-difluoroethane(HFC-152a); 10-20 wt% of HFC-227ea; and 5-15 wt% of one selected from the group consisting of R-600a. The mixture coolant composition comprises 50-70 wt% of HFC-32; 10-40 wt% of HFC-152a; 10-20 wt% of HFC-227ea; and 5-15 wt% of HFC-2363a. The mixture coolant composition comprises 40-70 wt% of HFC-32; 10-40 wt% of HFC-152a; 10-20 wt% of HFC-227ea; and 5-12 wt% of R-600.

And the agent is stored in the type of high-press liquefied gas so that a storage tank can be minimized and the price can be lowered.

PURPOSE: Provided is a thermal decomposition method of methane to simultaneously produce hydrogen gas and carbon black, the method capable of preventing deposit of carbon black on a reactor, thereby preventing operation stop of a reactor and operating a reactor for long time. CONSTITUTION: In an apparatus having a perforated inner pipe(11), an outer pipe(12) coaxially surrounding the inner pipe, and a heater(13) installed on the outside of the outer pipe for heating the inner and outer pipes, the method comprises steps of introducing methane to the inner pipe while introducing hydrogen to a space between the inner pipe and the outer pipe, and heating the pipes at a temperature of 950 to 1300°C. wherein residence time of the methane in a reactor is 0.5 to 3 minutes.
