Abstract: 본 발명은 클라이언트에 의해 검색된 다량의 지적자산 데이터를 2차원 맵 상에 랜덤(Random)하게 위치시킨 주제어들과의 상관 정도에 따라 좌표(X, Y)를 결정하여 자리매김한 후, 그 특허 맵 상에 위치된 각 지적자산 데이터의 인용된 횟수에 따라 등급별로 등고선을 부여해 줌으로 검색된 지적재산권 목록의 주제어별 상관 정도를 한눈에 파악할 수 있도록 해주는 데이터 간 상관 정도를 파악할 수 있는 특허 맵 제공시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 의하면 클라이언트로 하여금 연도별 또는 기업별 특허출원 추세, 심판증거자료 검색시 가장 가까운 문헌검색, 분야별 기술개발 정도 및 분야별 출원인의 개발 정도 등을 용이하게 파악할 수 있도록 해주는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 지적자산 정보의 특허 검색 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 텍스트마이닝을 이용한 주제어 정보 DB 를 사용함으로써 특허 검색이 용이하게 이루어지도록 하는 것에 관한 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명은 인터넷에서 특허검색시에 검색된 웹문서의 텍스트내에서 빈도수가 높은 단어의 순서대로 데이터에 저장하여 일정 순위까지 주제어로 정하여 그 주제어를 불리언 연산자를 사용하여 다시 한번 자동적으로 검색을 하는 시스템을 이용하여 용이하고 원활한 특허검색을 통하여 높은 검색율과 동시에 정확한 검색정보를 얻도록 하는 효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for producing contents is provided to process, edit, correct and manage contents on-line by connecting a contents composer, a reviser and a contents manager to a web server and to make smooth the flow of materials by scanning the SISAC(Serials Industry System Advisory Committee) barcodes attached onto magazines without individual checking of the magazines. CONSTITUTION: A contents producing database of an object to be produced as contents is built. Many contents composers are connected to the contents producing database to compose contents and a content composition database is built. Many revisers are connected to the contents producing database and the content composition database to correct and revise the object to be produces as contents, and a revision database is built. A final database is built through final revision of the object to be produced as contents by a contents manager. The final database is sought by a search client.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a system for cross language search are provided to search information using search terms in multiple languages. CONSTITUTION: A dictionary file collector(150) collects dictionary files from databases consisting of multiple languages. The dictionary file collector translates the dictionary files to a reference language. A search term translating unit(110) determines whether an inputted search term is the reference language or not. If the search term is not the reference language, the search term translating unit translates the search term to the reference language. A search unit(120) collects searching information which matches with the search terms from the translated dictionary files in the reference language. A search result information translating unit(130) translates the collected searching information to a predetermined language.

Abstract: A system and a method for searching scientific/technical fusion information by each subject are provided to offer fusion information classified into each subject by classifying the fused information, which is fused by collecting and linking the scientific/technical information, into each subject. A fusion information manager(10) fuses and manages collected scientific/technical information, and stores the scientific/technical fusion information to a database server. A subject classifier(20) classifies the fusion information managed by the fusion information manager into each subject. A search processor(30) processes a search request of a user for the fusion information classified into each field. A fusion information service part(40) provides a search result for the fusion information processed by the search processor through a web screen. The fusion information manager includes a paper database(11), an analysis/trend database(12), a research report database(13), a patent database(14), a manpower database(15), and a seminar moving picture database(16).

Abstract: A system and a method for mapping a model of a technology use period with cited information are provided to predict and determine a development model of a new technology by visualizing the model of the technology usage period through the cited information. A cited information extractor(10) extracts cited information of each target technology category, which is selected by using more than one an IPC(International Patent Classification), UPC(US Patent Classification), Japan patent classification, European patent classification, and Locarno classification. A citation number checker(20) checks the citation number of extracted cited information. A citation index calculator(30) calculates a citation index by using the checked citation number. An application scope selector(40) selects an application scope of the calculated citation index. A model mapper(50) maps a model to each citation index application scope by classifying the models into a mature, developing, and immature type.

Abstract: A system and a method for performing non-keyword type search with a tree structure are provided to enable a user to perform gradual service from the top to the bottom of the hierarchical tree structure by classifying information in the hierarchical tree structure, and making the user select a category including the information to be searched in the top classification and zoom in the hierarchical tree structure. An information tree managing module(110) generates and manages an information tree structure using gradual hierarchical classification. An Internet linked search module(140) recognizes and links data in the Internet by using a search engine. A data search control module(180) searches/displays the data from each database by linking with the data managing module and the Internet linked search module, and enables the user to search the data from whole data through a zoom-in/out process. When it is judged that a tree search mode should be used through an information search request module(171), a tree information display module(172) access an information tree structure through the information tree structure managing module and displays the information tree structure to a user.
