Abstract: A system and a method thereof for efficiently searching related information corresponding to a search word through primary retrieval and data processing/search word processing about a web document are provided to improve the efficiency of search by processing data including metadata and data including text. A controller(110) controls the operation of a search server. A database(120) stores search related information. A web information collecting unit(130) collects the information of the web server through the internet. If the text is included in the collected information, a text processor(140) processes the text. If the collected information includes metadata, a metadata processor processes metadata. A search condition setup unit performs the search requirement of the user. According to the setting result, the search word is processed. A search result output unit receives processed data from the text processing unit or the meta data processing unit.

본 발명에 따른 기술 정보 제공 방법은, (a) 클라이언트 단말기로부터 기술정보 제공 서비스를 요청받는 단계; (b) 기술정보 제공 서비스를 위한 입력 양식을 제공하는 단계; (c) 입력 양식을 통해 검색 키워드를 포함해 검색 조건 데이터를 입력받는 단계; (d) 검색 키워드에 대해 유사단어를 포함해 논리합(OR)이나 논리곱(AND)으로 조합하여 생성 가능한 각각의 검색식을 결정하는 단계; (e) 각각의 검색식에 따라 기술정보를 검색하고, 각각의 검색식과 그에 따라 검색된 건수를 포함하는 검색식 리스트로 제공하는 단계; (f) 검색식 리스트 중 클라이언트 단말기에 의해 하나의 검색식이 선택되는 단계; 및 (g) 선택된 검색식에 따른 기술정보 검색 결과를 클라이언트 단말기에게 제공하는 단계를 포함한다.
본 발명에 의하면, 연구원 또는 개발자로 하여금 해당 기술의 동향이나 경쟁기술 현황, 핵심기술내용 등을 용이하게 파악할 수 있게 함에 따라 개발된 기술의 적절한 특허권리 획득에 도움이 될 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of analyzing cited information for patent information analysis and a recording medium storing a computer program therefor are provided to judge the importance of a technique by searching the information that is mostly cited and analyzing a basic patent based on the citation relationship between a patent to be searched and the relevant cited patent.
