Abstract: A method for preparing a water-dispersible tocopherol emulsion, a water-dispersible tocopherol emulsion prepared by the method, and a food containing the water-dispersible tocopherol emulsion are provided to allow the food or cosmetics containing tocopherol hardly soluble in water to be made. A method for preparing a water-dispersible tocopherol emulsion comprises the step of mixing 0.1-5 wt% of a hydrophobic surfactant, 0.1-5 wt% of a hydrophilic surfactant, 50-80 wt% of an aqueous solvent and the balance of tocopherol. Preferably the hydrophobic surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglycerin polyricinoleate, glycerin monostearate and glycerin monooleate; and the hydrophilic surfactant is at least one selected from the group consisting of polyglycerin monostearate, polyglycerin monooleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, and polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate.

Abstract: 본 발명은 전통적으로 알려져 있는 약용식물의 혼합물로부터 추출된 것으로써 면역증강 및 항암활성을 보이는 조성물에 관한 것으로서, (A) (31~39):(31~39):(12~17):(12~17) 중량비의 건조된 가시오가피, 감초, 둥굴레 및 치커리 분쇄 혼합물로부터 열수-가용성 추출물을 얻는 단계; (B) 상기 열수-가용성 추출물로부터 메탄올-가용성 추출물을 얻는 단계; (C) 상기 메탄올-가용성 추출물로부터 에탄올-불용성 침전물을 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는 공정에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 면역증강 및 항암 활성을 갖는 조성물에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 의하여, 종래 오랫동안 이용되어 온 약용식물의 혼합물로부터 안전성이 우수한 다양한 면역활성을 보이는 조성물을 추출해 낼 수 있게 된다.
