Abstract: PURPOSE: A hopper for yogurt ice cream, and a yogurt ice cream producing apparatus including thereof are provided to control the flow amount of mixed ingredients inserted into a cooling cylinder for controlling the ratio of the mixed ingredients and air. CONSTITUTION: A hopper for yogurt ice cream comprises the following: a storage container(110) storing mixed ingredients for the yogurt ice cream; a discharge flow path(112) extended from an outlet formed on the storage container for discharging the mixed ingredients; a carburetor installed on the outlet for supplying air to the discharge flow path and controlling the discharge quantity of the mixed ingredients; an external cylinder(510) including an insertion unit inserted into the discharge flow path; an internal cylinder(520) rotatably inserted into the external cylinder for communicating the outside of the storage container to the discharge flow path; an inlet hole(530) inserting the mixed ingredients into the internal cylinder; and a flow amount controlling hole(540) varying the overlapping area of the internal cylinder with the inlet hole.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A three-dimensional cooling type yogurt ice cream producing apparatus using cooled air is provided to mold ice cream at proper temperatures without generating the excessive freezing inside a cooling cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A three-dimensional cooling type yogurt ice cream producing apparatus comprises the following: an air cooling line(100) discharging cooled air into a cooling cylinder; the cooling cylinder cooling, molding, and stirring a yogurt ice cream undiluted solution; an inner cylinder(11) freezing and stirring the yogurt ice cream undiluted solution; an outer cylinder(12) surrounding the inner cylinder, including a space unit(12a) contacting the inner cylinder for flowing a refrigerant; a refrigerant inlet(16) and a refrigerant outlet(17) installed on the outer cylinder; a refrigerant contact tube(110) inserted into the space unit, and cooled by the refrigerant; an air injection tube(120) inserted into the cooling cylinder for injecting air; an air nozzle(130) installed on the air injection tube; a stirring unit stirring yogurt ice cream inside the cooling cylinder; first and second holders installed inside the cooling cylinder; a stirring roller stirring the yogurt ice cream by the rotation of the holders; and inlet pipe and outlet pipe units(121, 122).

Abstract: PURPOSE: A freezing cylinder for yogurt ice cream, and a yogurt ice cream producing apparatus including thereof are provided to effectively stir the portion with ice without applying shock to lactobacillus inside the ice cream. CONSTITUTION: A freezing cylinder for yogurt ice cream comprises the following: a cylinder body(210) including a freezing space for the yogurt ice cream; a stirring unit stirring and transferring a source liquid for the yogurt ice cream; a first older(220) rotating inside the cylinder body; a second holder(230) separately installed from the first holder; a blade(240) fixed in between the first and second holders to be rotated by the holder for stirring the source liquid; a roller(250) combined to the holders for pushing the frozen yogurt ice cream attached to the inner wall of the cylinder body by rotating; and a shaft fixing unit fixed to a shaft penetrating the front side of the cylinder body. The first and second holders are installed near to an inlet and an outlet, respectively.
