Abstract:
PURPOSE: An environment-friendly inorganic sheet is provided to ensure excellent fire retardancy and processability, and to prevent the emission of poisonous gas in the fire. CONSTITUTION: An environment-friendly inorganic sheet includes a pair of TPU sheets(10) consisting of inorganic flame retardant and TPU resin, and inorganic fabric(20) adhered between the TPU sheets. A method for preparing the inorganic sheet comprises the steps of: forming a flame retardant resin composition; preparing a bi-layer TPU sheet using the flame retardant resin composition; putting inorganic fabric between dual structure TPU sheets to perform adhesion; and injecting the TPU sheet in which the inorganic fabric is adhered, into a mold to form an inorganic sheet.

본 발명에 따른 탄소나노튜브가 포함된 난연성 수지조성물 및 이를 이용한 프리프레그 제조방법은 난연성 수지조성물 전체 중량(에폭시 수지+에폭시 수지액 제조에 사용되는 용매+무기계 난연제+무기계 난연제 및 탄소나노튜브가 분산되는 용매)을 기준으로 에폭시 수지(에폭시+경화제) 30 내지 50 중량%, 에폭시 수지액 제조에 사용되는 용매 30 내지 50 중량%, 무기계 난연제 5 내지 30 중량%, 무기계 난연제 및 탄소나노튜브가 분산되는 용매 10 내지 20 중량% 포함하고, 산성 물질 또는 염기성 물질로 처리한 후 수열처리하여 정제된 탄소나노튜브를 무기계 난연제와 탄소나노튜브가 분산되는 용매의 중량 대비 1 내지 7 중량% 포함한다.

PURPOSE: A method of purifying a carbon nanotube using microwave and a purification apparatus using thereof are provided to remove complex elements of the structure of the purification apparatus, and to reduce an energy consumption and a purifying time. CONSTITUTION: A method of purifying a carbon nanotube using microwave comprises the following steps: producing a mixture including a carbon nanotube and an aqueous acid solution or a base solution(S10); reacting by irradiating microwave to the mixture(S20); stirring the mixture(S30); and circulating the mixture to react again by a backpressure when a pressure of the mixture is over 200 PSI(S40). The step of circulating stops after 20 minutes~ 4 hours after the initial insertion of the mixture.

PURPOSE: A composition for coating textile is provided to ensure excellent UV blocking function, antibiotic and deoderization functions, and to avoid the influence on inherent color and surface property of the textile. CONSTITUTION: A composition for coating textile 0.2-2 parts by weight of zeolite that is completely substituted with silver(Ag), zinc(Zn) and hydrogen(H) based on 100.0 parts by weight of the composition for coating textile; 1-10 parts by weight of acrylic binder; 60-90 parts by weight of dilutant; 2-5 parts by weight of dispersing agent; and 2-5 parts by weight of other additives.

An ultraviolet light absorber and an ultraviolet light absorber composition comprising the same are provided to ensure high content of a benzotriazole-based compound, excellent storage stability and dispersibility with polymer and to solve problems on bleed-out and heat loss. An ultraviolet light absorber comprises a benzotriazole-based acrylic copolymer. The benzotriazole-based acrylic copolymer is prepared by copolymerizing a benzotriazole-based compound represented by chemical formula 1, an acrylic compound represented by chemical formula 2, and an acrylic compound represented by chemical formula 3. In chemical formula 1, R1 is an acryloyl group or methacryloyl group.

Abstract:
A PET nanocomposite is provided to improve commercial availability of POSS and PET, to disperse effectively the POSS without generating coherence in the PET and to widely used as tire cord as industrial fiber, sheet or a packing container. A PET nanocomposite includes PET(Polyethyleneterephthalate), POSS(Polyhedral Oligomeric Silsesquioxanes) dispersed in the PET and reforming PET in which POSS is graft as ompatibilizing agents. The reforming PET is indicated as a chemical formula 1. In the chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen and linear or annular alkyl group of carbon number 1 - 10. The reforming PET is obtained by reacting terephthalate substituted for the POSS and ethylene glycol.
