Abstract:
PURPOSE: A supermolecular thermo-reversible crosslinked elastomer composition is provided to have elasticity and physical properties similar with crosslinked rubber, to be reversible by heat at 150 °C or higher, to be repeatedly used, and to prevent physical property loss after repeated uses. CONSTITUTION: A supermolecular thermo-reversible crosslinked elastomer composition is obtained by grafting 0.15-25 parts by weight of an aromatic unsaturated carboxylic acid to 100.0 parts by weight of an elastic rubber including a double bond in the molecule, adding 0.1-1.0 parts by weight of an antioxidant and 0.15-25 parts by weight of a metal salt into the same, and conducting a reaction. The elastic rubber is one or a mixture of two or more among a butadiene rubber, an isoprene rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a nitrile rubber, a chloroprene rubber, an ethylene-propylene rubber, an ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, a butyl rubber, and an acryl rubber.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A sealant composition is provided to have excellent physical properties such as a low temperature stability and spreadability and to have excellent storage stability and use convenience. CONSTITUTION: A sealant composition comprises 35-75 wt% of natural rubber latex, 0.1-30 wt% of an emulsion type tackifier resin or acrylic emulsion, 10-50 wt% of an anti-freezing agent, and 0.1-20 wt% of a coating forming preventer. The solid phase of the natural rubber latex is 50-70 wt% and includes concentrated or diluted one. The coating forming preventer is a mixture of a high molecular weight glycol of which weight average molecular weight is 200-8,000, and a cationic, anionic, or non-ionic surfactant.
