Abstract:
PURPOSE: A compact solid oxide fuel cell system is provided to save costs and to minimize energy waste by reformed air and steam through a heat exchange type catalyst burner and a waste heat steam generator to an autothermal reformer by switching paths of air and water. CONSTITUTION: A compact solid oxide fuel cell system comprises: a stack(10) for generating electricity through an electric chemistry reaction of hydrogen and oxygen which are respectively supplied to a fuel anode(11) and an air electrode(12); a heat exchange type catalyst burner(30) which discharges waste heat to the outside through combustion of tail gas and used air and supplies the combustion heat to the air electrode by heating process air; a burner(40) for supplying reformed air to an autothermal reformer; and a steam generator(50) for supplying steam to the autothermal reformer.

A heat exchanger for a solid oxide fuel cell generation system is provided to allow the system to be operated without the additional supply of heat after the supply of air having heat source initially. A heat exchanger comprises a first cover(110) which has a plurality of channels at one end and a plurality of rectangular opened parts connected with the channels at the other end; a nozzle(120) which is connected with the opened parts and has a plurality of round holes for the uniform distribution of the fluid flown from the channels; a manifold(130) which is provided with a groove capable of mounting the nozzle and is joined with the first cover; a plurality of laminated metal plates(140) which are joined with the manifold and are provided with a plurality of rectangular opened parts and a microchannel connected with the opened parts for the exchange of heat; and a second cover(150) which is joined with the last metal plate of the laminated metal plates and is provided with a discharge hole.

PURPOSE: A cross-injection type flameless oxygen combustor for low nitrogen oxide is provided to uniformly distribute temperature in a combustion chamber by forming turbulence. CONSTITUTION: A cross-injection type flameless oxygen combustor for low nitrogen oxide comprises a burner tile(100), a fuel supply pipe, a combustion pipe(161) for ignition, a pair of center oxygen jetting pipes, and a pair of peripheral oxygen jetting pipes. A burner flange(180) is formed in one side of the burner tile. The inlet of the fuel supply pipe is connected to a fuel supply source. A fuel jetting nozzle is formed in the outlet of the fuel supply pipe. The combustion pipe is connected to an ignition burner. The inlets of the center and peripheral oxygen jetting pipes are connected to oxygen souply sources. Oxygen jetting nozzles are formed in the outlets of the center and peripheral oxygen jetting pipes.

본 발명은 분쇄용 브러쉬가 장착된 미분탄의 정량공급장치에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 스크류피더에 의해 미분탄을 공급하는 공급관과 상기 공급되는 미분탄의 이송기체를 공급하는 가스관의 합류부에 브러쉬를 장착하여 브러쉬의 회전으로 압착된 미분탄을 분쇄하여 정량공급이 이루어지도록 하는 미분탄의 정량공급장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 저장호퍼에 저장된 미분탄을 이송기체에 의해 연소기로 정량공급하는 미분탄공급장치에 있어서, 상기 저장호퍼의 하부에 장착되어 모터동력으로 회전하여 저장호퍼에 저장된 미분탄을 일측으로 이송시키는 스크류피더와; 상기 스크류피더를 내포하는 미분탄공급관과; 상기 미분탄을 용이하게 이송하는 이송기체가 공급되는 기체공급관과; 상기 미분탄공급관이 수평으로 결합되고, 상기 기체공급관이 상부에 수직으로 결합되어 두 관체를 연통시키는 십자이음관과; 상기 미분탄공급관과 대향되는 부분의 십자이음관에 수평결합되어 십자이음관 내부의 합류부로 투입된 미분탄을 파쇄하는 파쇄수단과; 상기 십자이음관의 하부에 수직결합되어 스크류피더에 의해 공급된 미분탄을 이송기체를 이용하여 연소기로 이송기키는 이송관;을 포함하여 구성된다. 미분탄, 공급장치, 브러쉬, 스크류피더, 십자이음관
